Our condo is perfectly situated on the 21st floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 55" Smart TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Excellent place to stay. Easy checkin. Nice parking garage. Beautiful beach view. Excellent lazy river and the kids loved the water slide. Convenient location to many stores, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the ease of checking in and out, the location, how easy it is to park and get to your room and also down to the pool and beach. The windows in the condo were so pretty. Downsides- the master bed was old- mattress was terrible and pillows and linens were old, flat and uncomfortable. Towels in the unit were awful- small, thin and scratchy. The kitchen dishes and cookware were also not in the best condition and not completely clean. Luckily we ate out most of the trip. I would love to come back and stay again but hope they upgrade the items in the unit.

It was a beautiful condo. Wish we would have had more towels in bathrooms and dish towels, maybe games, throw blankets. We had a wonderful time!!!!

Property was great- location is amazing. Close to everything. Three grocery stores only a min drive from the condo. You can go between lazy river and ocean all day long- so convenient. Condo is very spacious and comfortable. You do need to bring with you every little thing for kitchen and bathroom. It has only bare minimum to start with. Other than that, can’t complain- we had an amazing time and would like to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the room was good. The pool was nasty. The bigger kids on the slide were mostly unsupervised. When security did come around they calmed them down but that was not enough for my 8 year old granddaughter.

The condo was amazing! Everything was clean and nice. The pool operation leaves a lot to be desired. They close the pool for a minimum of 30 min every time lightening strikes within 10 miles. This ended up being 2-3 times per day. That was very frustrating seeing the ocean wasn’t swimmable with the amount of seaweed, jellyfish, and red flags. I loved the condo and would stay in it again had the pool been better and wasn’t constantly closing with sunny skies. All pools nearby stayed open. Thank you to the owners for a comfortable, clean property!

Great location

We came to Orange Beach for a quick trip before everyone headed back to school. This condo had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. Being right on the beach was great.

Property was in line with what was expected and described. The only real “knocks” were the king bed in the master needs a replacement mattress as there was a hump in the middle of it - caused by the two sides sinking down where people lay. You don’t notice it until people actually get in the bed. The other thing that kept me from rating 5 stars was the large and small frying pans need replaced as well. These might seem nitpicking type items but a bad night’s sleep is not what the unit is priced as. Otherwise, the unit was great. My experience with the host and checkin/checkout and property amenities were 5 stars.

Amazing property with beautiful views

This was our children’s first beach vacation, and this was the perfect property for it! So much to do and a balcony overlooking the ocean. There was not a second of boredom the entire trip! We will definitely be back! The beds were also super comfy and everyone actually slept!!!!

Amazing Condo

This was our first stay at Phoenix Orange Beach after the condo we normally stay in was booked. We will definitely be back! This condo itself was amazing and the views were breathtaking! We are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful Condo

Property management was helpful and kind, condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor lazy river . The condo building was clean and location perfect for all needs , with walmart and pubix just across the street. we will surely stay here again.

Excellent Orange Beach Family Condo

This was the perfect Family Condo. Short distance to the beach. Views were magnificent. The lazy river was never crowded. Elevator wait times were practically none. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Orange beach family vacation 9/23

As always, Orange Beach was amazing. The condo was nice, shows some wear. Is in a good location central to alot of things and there is a lot of stuff in walking distance. Building was nice, any staff i encountered were pleasant, mostly. Beach in front of condo was nice and clean. Overall i would recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

This unit was perfect for our family of 5. With direct access to the beach, shopping, and sights, this property was perfect. We enjoyed the lazy river and water slide. The hidden gem was the ice machine downstairs by the pool. No need to raid you refrigerator or pay crazy prices for ice when it's so easily and cheaply accessible!
