Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $65 per vehicle and must be purchased online prior to check-in.

**Phoenix East II is scheduled to undergo Balcony Project from October 26 through December 31, 2026, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, and swing stages. This unit's balcony will be completely inaccessible from 11/20/2026 through 12/10/2026 weather permitting. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit, and the balcony must remain closed until the contractor approves reopening. Please note that work will pause for the Thanksgiving holiday (Nov 25 - 29) and Christmas holiday (Dec 23 - 27).**

Welcome to Phoenix East II 2121, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo offering 1,392 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests. Located on the 12th floor, this stunning Gulf-front retreat features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, and miles of pristine shoreline—the perfect setting for an unforgettable Orange Beach vacation.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals when you're not exploring the area's many restaurants. The spacious living area opens to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening cocktails while overlooking the sparkling emerald waters.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers private access to the north-facing balcony. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay.

With only 72 units in this low-density building, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, shorter elevator waits, and easy access to the beach and pools.

Guests of Phoenix East II enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball court, grilling area, gated entry, and a private boardwalk with direct access to the sugar-white sands.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

This 3BR corner condo has an excellent view of the beach; the secondary balcony has a similarly stunning view of the inlet. Great accommodations with easy beach access. Pool was very nice and parking was easy. Issues with room not being 100% clean upon arrival were being addressed by management team.

I was very impressed with the property. The host got back to you in a timely manner. The beach view was spectacular. This was the first VRBO that I rented and I didn’t have any issues with the whole process. The outdoor pool was clean. The only issue that we had was that we couldn’t get the satellite boxes to work in the rooms. The only box that worked was the one in the master bedroom but you had to use the controls on the box. The remote control did not work. I don’t know if the boxes and remote need to be upgraded. Some of the boxes would turn on and display the channels but you would have no information on the screen. It was that big of an issue because we didn’t stay in the room that much. I would definitely give this host a 5 star review. Thank you for reaching out and answering my questions so promptly.

Great location. Host responsive and accommodating. Beds comfortable. Would use again with a different/smaller group due to bathrooms. View excellent. Would recommend some housekeeping type updates. Fallen broken mirror in front room. Lightbulbs out/needed changed. Provide kitchen and bathroom supplies like soap and dishwasher detergent (not just a one use packet). It’s difficult to buy small enough quantities to be useful and not wasteful. Spices and condiments would be useful if prior renter left in fridge/cabinet as long as not expired. Thanks for a memorable experience!

Overall, our experience with the rental was good. However, a couples items need to retired, including the worn towels and the outside furniture, excluding the table and bar stools. Good value and beautiful Gulf views.

It needs a deep cleaning. The toilet won’t flush unless you manually lift handle back to the up position. The entry door locks about half the time. The views are wonderful The air worked well.
