This renovated condominium features one queen bed in the first bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom and one queen sofa-sleeper in the living area as well as two full baths. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with wood burning fireplace and balcony.

Common area amenities include an outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub and on-site parking.

The Park Station is located just below the roundabout at the bottom of historic Main Street Park City. It is just steps away from the Town Chair Lift, Town Bridge and all of the shops, restaurants and nightlife available in Park City.

Location,location,location

Best part about this property was its location to everything we needed. Ski lift, bars, restaurants, shops, ski rentals was all an easy walk away. We didn’t rent a car, and didn’t need one. We did however order groceries for delivery. I recommend this, especially if you don’t have a car.

Loved the location for skiing and access to Main Street! Amazing! Pool was very nice. Loved that there were two spas (one inside and one out)! The heating was not great! Either too cold or too hot. Hot water did not last long.

3 bedroom ski condo

The property is in a great location close to town lift and all that downtown park city has to offer. It could use some updating. Needs a complete kitchen restock with a more comprehensive collection of better quality items if you are going to do much cooking. Mattresses are worn out as others have mentioned. Overall the property for the price appeared to be a good value for our last minute booking and we would stay here again.

Great Location!

The property is a great location, perfect walking distance to main street. We had 4 adults and two 10 year olds stay at the condo and there was plenty of room. The property is dated, but very clean and has everything you need for a week long stay. We will definitely be back!

Convenient and well maintained Old Town Park City property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Easy walk to main street and if it were winter, PERFECT for skiing! The property manager was an absolute diamond. We will be back!

Great Location close to town/uncomfortable beds

The location of the condo was great. At the bottom of Main st and a short walk to town lift. The condo was definitely a bit dated, but we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the condo. If I had to make a recommendation for any improvements, I would ask that they update and replace the mattresses, pillows and 80’s worn bedding. All 3 rooms had uncomfortable broken down mattresses. This is unacceptable considering how cheap mattresses have got with all these new companies entering the mattress space that can ship a mattress directly to your place. And at a little place called Target you will find good deals on pillows, sheets and blankets. These changes alone will make a world of difference. For what I paid in 3 days of rental fees, there is no reason these bedroom upgrades should be avoided any longer.

Very comfortable and amazing location

You can’t beat the location of this condo - just steps from town and the town lift. It’s also very comfortable with cozy couches and warm beds. And the property manager is very responsive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s an older property and you can see the area and tear. But it’s priced accordingly and I’d stay there again!

Great option for Ski weekend

Condo was perfect for our 3 adult ski weekend. Plenty of room and beds in the condo. Nice outdoor hot tub. Very easy ski logistics - Town Line lift an easy 1 block walk; ski rentals right next door to town line lift (with overnight ski valet). Can walk to restaurants all along Park Ave. Would definitely stay here again.

Super comfortable and convenient location in Park City!

We had a great stay. The condo was serviced with trash take-out and new towels every day which was a delight. The condo is so centrally located to all the shops on Main St particularly for The Sundance Film Festival. The condo was clean, comfortable, and accessible.
