LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Lowell Place, an awesome condo for ALL outdoor lovers who want to experience the mountain life!!

If you love skiing, boarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating or fishing, this unit is for you! The unit is ~100 steps to Creole and Quittin Time trails. Enjoy our ski in / ski out*** condo with access to Park City Mountain (*** Ski In: ~100 steps from Creole / Town Run / Quittin Time runs to the building; Ski out: ~200 steps from the building up a slight hill to ski/board down to Town Lift)!!! 15 min drive to the Jordanelle Reservoir for boating and other water activities.

For coffee, food and/or drinks, you will be 4 short blocks down to Main Street; so close to all the action without all the noise.

Other Amenities include:
- Two TVs with ROKU 4K connected for all your streaming needs
- In unit washer and dryer set
- REMOTE WORK setup with a desk, monitor, keyboard/mouse & Wifi (~100MBPS)

Our cozy condo accommodates up to 6 people. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have queen size beds and also have a pack n' play for our little guests. The couch in the living room converts to a queen size bed. There is a full bath with shower and tub with the primary bedroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower.

Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Oliver and Janette were very easy to reach and communicate with. We had a couple of instances that were challenging and beyond their control. They worked hard to remedy them.

Great location

We were a party of 4 adults visiting for a ski trip. The location was fantastic! It’s only about a 50 yard walk to being able to click into your skis and head down to the town lift.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the two of us as we each had a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable.

Comfortable, great location

Very nice condo in perfect location, close to Main Street shops, dining and ski lift. Property manager was extremely pleasant to work with and responds quickly. Easy and stress-free check in and check out. Highly recommend this property for two couples or small family/group.

Great Stay!

This cozy condo was a great place to stay in Park City. The kitchen was well stocked, Main Street is a short walk away for food and drink, and the jacuzzi was perfect after a great day of skiing. We had a small issue with the fireplace and the host fixed it quickly for us. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Park City

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to run that takes you to town lift. Short walk to the main street. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen that is perfect for dining in. Comfortable beds, very warm, all you could ask for !! Oliver was a communicative and responsive host. Highly recommend, and will stay again on our next trip to PC!

Excellent Location and Owner Responsiveness

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Park City property. We did have one issue—the refrigerator was not working properly. It turns out it needed a freon charge. The owner was incredibly responsive, sending a repair man over immediately with a small replacement fridge. This did the trick, but it also was a bit of a burden as we could barely fit our food in it (we prepared several meals ahead and flew with them, making it easy to prepare meals after a long day on the mountain). Also, the dishwasher is a little tricky to use, but the cleaning lady reset it for us.The location for skiing and getting to town is excellent. Getting to the town lift is a very short, slightly uphill walk. Getting to town is a 5 minute downhill walk. The return uphill walk could be bit much for an elderly person. The parking situation for the home is easy and convenient.

Wonderful stay!

First, let me say this could have been a 5 star. Just a few minor issues below that prevented it but we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in PC. Oliver, the owner was amazing! He immediately replied to any questions prior to our visit. He accommodated us for an earlier check in. During our visit, there were a few very minor issues and he immediately called or texted to help us out. Felt like we were best friends from Day 1. The condo was well stocked. We ate in a few times and found everything we needed. Hot tub just down the stairs. Covered parking as well (very much needed with all of the snow this winter). Size was good for 4 adults. A few very minor things: the photo shows a second comfy chair in the living area which was not there, forgot to ask Oliver about that. We could have used it for the 4 adults. Also, the unit can be cold but we kept bumping up the heat. Good to have 2 full bathrooms although one is quite small (not pictured). Dryer didn't work but Oliver alerted us before our arrival so we were prepared. Not his fault, we know how hard it is to get people to repair things these days. There is a coin operated dryer downstairs but we didn't use. I'm sure the dryer will be fixed or replaced soon. Very easy access to town lift trail and ski home from the mountain. Also easy walk to town just be prepared for the hill back home after dinner! Overall a wonderful experience and can't say enough great things about Oliver. Thank you for being a great host!

This host was extremely responsive! He went out of his way to ensure we had a pack and play for our new infant. Also, the location was amazing for September! 10 minute walk to downtown even with our hound kids as well as easy access to really great trails right outside our door.

Great accommodations with an easy check-in. Appreciated the welcome text from the owners, too. Has a coffee maker, good washer/dryer, and (a random but noteworthy detail) sharp kitchen knives. Perfect launch pad for Park City summer hiking and biking.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was ideal for the Art festival. Parking was a breeze in front of the building and communication was clear and concise. The condo is a bit dated. The kitchen sink drain needs to be flushed and aired out to eliminate a distinct stale odor in the unit. The bed was comfy and the additional a/c unit in the living area was welcome. We would stay here again and recommend.

Overall Great Place!

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was really good, close to main street. Easy walk downhill. The uphill climb and stairs were more challenging but certainly doable. Had a wonderful time as a family and loved the fireplace and views.

Great condo, great location

The condo was comfy and well appointed and couldn’t be better located. Maybe 50 yards away from a trail that leads to the town chair lift and three blocks from the center of town. We had a terrific stay and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Park City.

Perfect weekend

This was the perfect place to spend a few days get away in Park City. The Location absolutely could not be beat! The condo was so cute and clean and comfortable. We are already looking at plans to go back!

Park City Ski Trip
