Cottage "La Grange" 8 people located in a horse farm

Ideally located on the Plaine du Boulonnais within a Horse Stable,
5 minutes from the A16 motorway and 15 minutes from the beaches of Hardelot / Boulogne Sur Mer / Le Touquet / Wimereux / Wissant ...;
you will appreciate my accommodation for its comfort, its quality bedding, the equipped kitchen and this, in a calm and green setting.
Ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends, families (with children) and groups.
Reception of riders possible with their horses (on request).

110m² gîte totally renovated by us.
Secure parking closed by a gate; ideal with children.
Entrance equipped with a coat rack & a mirror.
The kitchen is equipped with:
3 gas hobs and 1 electric, electric kettle, oven & coffee maker, full cookware, large fridge-freezer, toaster, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, rectangular oak table with 8 chairs.
Living room with 1 corner leather sofa, 2 fabric armchairs, 1 toad, 1 oak coffee table, 1 TV and DVD player, Orange decoder with free WIFI.
The cleaning kit as well as the ironing board, the iron, the clothes horse and the cleaning products are in the local hot water tank in the bathroom.
The bathroom includes a sink with drawer unit and mirror, 1 shower with 1 glass door, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer & 2 rugs.
The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a Gamy (Gauthier) double bed with 2 pillows, duvet & blanket, mattress protector, possibility of sheets (to be confirmed), its 2 bedside tables and lamps, 1 mirror, 1 white leather armchair and 1 chest of drawers.
The upstairs double bedroom is similarly equipped with an additional water point and 1 carpet.
The dormitory; meanwhile, is equipped with 4 single beds with bedside tables and lamps as well as 2 dressers (possibility of sheets to be confirmed).
All the paintings and sculptures in the cottage were made by our family; sculptor and painter at the same time!
Our joinery is in white PVC double glazing, swinging tilting fitted with curtains & shutters for some (1 window with roller shutter and 1 window with blackout curtains in each room except the room on the ground floor: blackout curtain only).
