Within walking distance of shopping, theater, fast food, little Spokane River, hiking trails and so much more. Inside the house bedrooms are stocked with Plush beds including 1 King Size, 3 Queen size, 1 Full, and 3 Twin beds.

Overall our stay was good. The indoor pool was nice and enjoyable for the kids. The house was big and had plenty of beds to sleep in and room for multiple guests. Check in was easy and host was great to communicate with.There were a few things that need attention. There were multiple lights that were burnt out and tvs that were not working correctly. The house was a little outdated and could use some upkeep for the money spent. Nothing too serious, just a few minor things that would make a big difference in the rental.

Wonderful family gathering point. Lots of space and so glad we could bring our dog along. Plenty of conveniences provided in the home. Several local food delivery options-Retro Donuts was a great treat!

A Nice Family Getaway

We were able to get away with our two teenagers to have some fun in a private indoor pool, go ice skating, shopping and have some good food. It was a nice trip!

Our favorite place to stay!

This was our third visit, and it was just as amazing as the first two times. You feel completely at home, the pool is warm and amazing, the entire house is so family friendly. The hosts are very accommodating, quick to respond, and kind. We will absolutely be back again! Thank you another amazing stay!

This was a nice place to start our vacation, the house was large, everyone was able to spread out and do their own thing, the pool was great, the grandkids were in it most of the time. The few dislikes were a few of the slider doors need some work, they are so hard to open and close my grandkids could not do it, and a lot of stairs. The back yard was nice and for the most part private, fully fenced made it nice for our dog. We did enjoy our stay here and would rent this property again.

Pool made the stay worth it

The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. In fact, this was my sister's second time there. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property was clean, had everything we needed and more and the pool was fantastic. The owner is great with communication. Check in and out was easy. Great location. We had a great stay.

Thanksgiving family

had thanksgiving gathering with this house and it was an wonderful experience. the pool was fantastic and the house it's self was comfortable with all the towels and blankets on those cold winter days highly recommend for family gatherings and fun thank you host for having such a great place

Pool House!

We had a few families with teen kids all staying here during an event in Spokane. House is about 15 minutes from downtown area. Quite neighborhood. Stores nearby. The layout of the house felt huge. Obviously, kids loved the pool. Host were quick to answer all questions. We had a great stay!

felt like home

We loved out stay. The home was warm and felt like home with the added bonus of the indoor pool. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors didn't seem to mind our being there. We will be back!
