We had a great stay. The house was clean and cozy. The location was great, everything we needed was near by. The only thing I will say is the downstairs bathroom is very tiny. If you’re a bigger person you might struggle with this. The host communications were friendly and check in/out instructions were clear. Overall a good experience, thank you!

We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Spokane area. It is very clean, spacious, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than ever and fell asleep so quickly! The host was very responsive, kind, friendly, and informative. My son enjoyed the game room and basement for all of his gaming needs, and our dogs loved the large yard. The price was very reasonable for all of the amenities provided and it was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very cute place and perfect for our family. The kids had their space downstairs and the adults had the upstairs. Very cozy and clean.

The home was absolutely perfect for us! Great location, well stocked kitchen, bath and laundry, very clean, beautifully updated, comfortable beds, lots of towels, pillows, etc. Communication with the owner was so easy. She replied instantly. Really nice 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and half bath in the basement…very nice. Great game room for the kids. Also very nice fenced in backyard. Busy street but not noisy and feels very safe. Close to everything. I would absolutely rent this home again.

Super friendly and helpful host. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. There were also nice little things I forgot to pack, like Q tips and sandwich bags. Can’t forget the thirsty towels! Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, 15 minutes from everything we needed

Brought down 9 girls to wrestle in womennl nationals. The rental was clean, and neat. Easy parking on the side street.

Excellent stay

This house was a great find. We needed a place on short notice and I was very happy that this place was available. The owner was easy to communicate with and the check in process was super easy. The house had all of the amenities I would have expected and was clean. If you are looking for a place to stay in Spokane, this is a great option!

Great home, easy check in.

Property was clean, everything we needed was there. Fenced back yard for our pup was perfect. Basement was perfect for the younger guests. If you choose this home you won't be disappointed, great use of space!

The home was clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location for every place we needed to be. The home was a great fit for our family of 9. The game room was great. The beds were comfortable. The host was amazing. She was prompt with responses and very kind. We so appreciated having a place we could bring all of our dogs. We will definitely return here for our future visits.

First and foremost, this was a great spot for a Gonzaga weekend. Not too far away - about 7-8 minutes from campus - and plenty of stores and amenities nearby. The area was also walkable and it was a decent neighborhood. The bedrooms were all neat and tidy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Having a little arcade room was great for our 10-year old nephew. The sleeping quarters were as advertised. The only complaint would be that the second bathroom was really a closet. I’m 6’2”, and basically couldn’t shut the door if I were actually trying to use the bathroom. If you are traveling with 3-4 people it should be fine. But there were 6 of us and it was a bit hectic trying to schedule time in the “real bathroom” getting ready and out the door in the am. All that said, we would certainly recommend the property to a smaller group, especially when it’s off peak price-wise. Thanks!

Cute and clean.

Owner was easy and wonderful to work with. House was older but very clean. Downstairs bathroom wasn't what we were expecting and a little disappointing. If you could add some mirrors downstairs that would be nice.

Great home!

We chose this location for a weekend getaway for an event we attended. It was absolutely perfect for us. 2 families, totalling 9 people and 2 pets, and we fit like a charm. The layout of the house worked well for us, adults upstairs, kids downstairs. Kat was very easy and responsive. Very pleasant experience. We were right on what seemed to be a main road but didn’t have trouble getting in or out of the driveway. Only negative, there were 9 of us and only 1 shower, but we made it work. The Shrek bathroom downstairs (without a shower) was adorable but super tiny, however it came in handy when someone was in the shower in the other bathroom. We would definitely stay again. It was furnished nicely, very clean, and the beds were comfy.
