In Sauvian, Hérault, between vineyards and beaches, this holiday accommodation is entirely dedicated to receiving our guests throughout the year for stays offering peace and tranquility.
HOUSING
You can park your car in a private location in the yard, in the shade of the pergola.
You'll feel immediately at home in our single storey house (76 m2) which offers offers all the conveniences.

PUSH THE DOOR
You will reach the interior of the villa by a CELLAR with a washing machine, a fridge / freezer.
You will then access to a 16m2 KITCHEN with dishwasher, induction cooker and electric oven, microwave oven , coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster ... crockery and kitchen equipment.
This is around a large table that you can get together for meals.
A large CORRIDOR of 12m2 gives access to the bedrooms and the living room whose windows open onto the mimosa garden.

A provision material for BABY: folding bed, baby bath, high chair + booster seat, toilet reducer and learning pot for young child ...

Are available hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all equipment necessary for the maintenance of the house.

OUTSIDE
You can enjoy 3 garden areas:
- the courtyard in front of the villa to take your meals in the shade of the trellis and eucalyptus thanks to a large garden furniture: rectangular table with 7 chairs, umbrella and barbecue;
- the private garden on the side of the villa where you can sit in the shade of mimosas with a garden furniture: octagonal table / 4 garden chairs
The youngest will have at their disposal 3 garden chairs for young children
The private back garden is the sunniest. He will welcome you on his lawn to enjoy the sun. 3 sunbaths are at your disposal.

ACCESS OF TRAVELERS
The car access by remote controlled electric gate is shared with the owners of the neighboring villa (my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law)
You will have the enjoyment of the entirety of the housing put to the rent to know: kitchen, living room, 2 rooms, cellar, room of bath, toilets and hall and three external spaces. The rest of the property is closed.

The most beautiful beaches of Languedoc: Valras / Sérignan / Vendres beaches are 5 minutes by car.
Guests will enjoy the Canal du Midi for a river cruise but also its shady banks for a walk or bike.
You will be close to tourist attractions Beziers 10 min, 45 min Montpellier, Perpignan and Carcassonne 1 hour.
