Newly renovated, centrally located, spacious home

Thank you for considering a visit to our home!

Our home is a newly renovated, professionally decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property with a bonus 4th bedroom/game room and study. It's a spacious 2200 square feet with a large open yard on a quiet corner lot. Easily accessible to Downtown (less than 4 miles), Haywood Mall (2.5 miles), Bob Jones University (1.5 miles), Furman University (9 miles) and many other area attractions. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences within minutes of our house.

Bedrooms include:
Master Suite: King Bed, renovated en suite bathroom, tv
Bedroom2: Queen Bed, dressing table, very spacious
Bedroom 3: Full Bed, dressing table
Optional 4th Bedroom/Bonus Room: Twin Daybed, tv, Wii game system, books and games for little ones

Lovely, large living room contains tv and plenty of seating.

Study is convenient for business travelers with a nice desk and comfortable rolling chair. Great for video calls!

Well equipped kitchen with café table for morning coffee. New appliances. We particularly love the induction cooktop!

Dining Room with coffee station and locally made farm table which easily seats 10 plus. Great for family dining and game night! Our dining room is always a guest favorite!

Laundry Closet with new washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry essentials.

Hall bath is spacious and newly renovated.

We provide initial coffee service and paper products, cooking oils and essential spices, linens, travel-size toiletries, hair dryers, dishwasher and laundry pods, a selection of books and games, and more!

Please let us know if you have special requests and we will accommodate if possible.

Home Away From Home

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property and LOVE it! It is close to everything, super nice and clean, the owner is amazing and it has everything we need. We feel like we are at home when we stay here.

Perfect home away from home!

My mother, sister, and I stayed in this beautiful home while attending a scrapbook convention. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed crafting at the big dining room table. Great stay in Greenville

This house was beyond our expectations! Like others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. The home was beautiful and had lots of amenities, even for my 6 month old baby. Very spacious, several areas for us to hang out. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

The house is beautiful, and the updates are perfect. Plenty of room and well stocked with things to do for kids and adults. The location is near shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Greenville where there is plenty to do. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Accommodations!

Beautifully kept home. The pictures don’t really do it justice! Nice, safe neighborhood. Very close to BJU, where we had an event. Beds are all amazingly comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Extremely gracious host who answered our inquiries quickly. Will definitely stay here again!

House was very clean and very convenient to everything, lots of games and activities for the kids to do when we had a rainy day that kept us inside. Host was very helpful and quick to respond and answer any questions. Loved the house will definitely stay there on our next trip to Greenville.

The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Close location to BJU and shopping. We will be back.

Spacious home

The house is great! The listing photos don’t do it justice. It was great having two loving areas so we could have the grandkids over to visit and we could spread out. The dining table seats 10, which was a plus. Very clean, well-furnished and decorated, separate coffee bar, toys, books, puzzles - had something to keep everybody busy in the evenings. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!

Beautifully decorated home and stocked with everything you could be possibly need. Convenient location to the Greenville area. Great communication with the owners. We had 3 adult couples and 1 teenager, and the home size was perfect. Will definitely book this home again!
