**Featured on the 2022 GVLMod Home Tour**....This 1957 Mid Mod Ranch is full of charm from the exterior to the period appropriate furnishings. If you love plants but don’t won’t the burden of caring for them, come enjoy the plants in our home. There are two large bedrooms boasting spacious closets. There is a full hall bath situated between the 2 larger bedrooms and another full bath connected to a smaller bedroom with trundle day bed (Twin on top and Twin on bottom). The bathrooms are original with the exception of new faucets, plumbing, and toilets. Both are fun, funky and in great condition. There’s a full kitchen, a cozy dining room and also a fun breakfast table that can be used for meals or game nights. The house has a 52” Smart TV and high speed internet. Home features a large carport where you can park your vehicles. This carport houses a covered outdoor seating area and built-in charcoal grill. The house is located on a quiet street next to the Botany Woods community. The area is great for walking, biking, and running. The house is convenient to Paris Mountain State Park (10 mins), downtown Greenville (8 mins), GSP Airport (20 mins), and Furman and Travelers Rest (20 mins). Whether in town for a weekend, an extended weekend, or longer experiencing life in Greenville, this house is a sweet retreat to relax. Come enjoy this atomic cutie, you won’t be disappointed!

Family visiting from out of town stayed here. It was very comfortable for a family of four. It really is like stepping back in time with the style of the house. It had everything they needed including a countertop dishwasher. We will book again if we need overflow space.

Awesome space, very unique decor and vibes! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were soft and comfy, there’s a great somewhat private back yard. We enjoyed a weekend here relaxing very much!!

The host was so kind and even let me check in a little bit early because I had a wedding to get to! A few of us that stayed there were architects and were in awe of the accuracy and preservation of this sweet mid-century time capsule. (The oven was my favorite). I've recommended the listing to everyone I know, one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. Everything was super clean, the covered parking was nice, check in and check out were easy, it was an overall fabulous experience. We all felt like the Brady Bunch staying there as a lil family.

We didn’t do any cooking while there but we had everything we needed for eating take-home. We loved the MCM vibe and what the owners did for decorations. The neighborhood was lovely and walkable and we were there at the height of flowering dogwoods and azaleas.

In town for a work trip

Definitely one of the coolest places we’ve stayed while on a work trip. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Zach was a great host.

We had a wonderful stay in this very unique home! Just as the description says this is a time capsule! We loved the many touches that matched the time period. The home is comfortable and we also loved the neighborhood. The home is also stocked with family games as well! If you are looking for a quite getaway in that is different than the norm this is the place. It is only a short distance to Greenville. Adams Bistro nearby is a good local restaurant. We also found Country Boys nursery nearby with awesome plants and home decor.

Beautiful mid century time capsule!

The property was beautiful located within a great part of town. Amenities were plentiful and there was enough room me and my guests. The toilet area could use some cleaning as there were rust/brown staining and the coffee beans provided were expired 2 years ago but other than that, lovely home and had great night's stay! Highly recommend!

Wonderful

I highly recommend here. Host is wonderful and easy to talk to and I very outstanding neighborhood. For work or vacation this is the place to be. I will most deffently be booking here again for my next job here when it comes up.

The most totally awesome time-warp wonder

We had THE best time at this place under the circumstances. (We came in to town due to a funeral.) This place helped us relax after some hard days. I love antiques and aesthetics from the 50s-70s. And if that is your thing this IS the place you need to check out. Great space for family. This has been one of my favorite VRBOs if not THE best!

Book it Now!

This property is not only located near downtown Greenville but it is also in a quiet neighborhood! The property is amazing! There was plenty of parking for our five cars in the driveway. The decorations were beautiful and the beds were so comfy! This property was the perfect place for my bachelorette party! I would stay here again if I could. Definitely pick this place!

Greenville Visit

First time to Greenville and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate. Excellent communication and extremely helpful. The house is like stepping into a movie set, takes you to another reality. Was great fun!

Amazing!!!

We had an amazing week in the time capsule. It was super clean, super cute and super functional for all our needs! The back yard was amazing for our kiddos and Zach was such a great host. He always communicated and was prompt with any questions I had! Book it!

Mad Men Vibes in Greenville

We had an amazing weekend at this property. The property is so fun and really leans into the 1960's Mad Men vibe - loved that the owners kept so many of the original elements of the home. The carport and outdoor area was fantastic for our kids to play. The owners were so responsive - we left a kindle and they were kind enough to ship it back. 10/10 stay.

Great authentic modern midcentury house

We loved this unique property! Tons of room and privacy. Don’t go expecting brand new kitchen or bathrooms, but everything was in working order and so cute! Plenty of space for 5 people. Loved the yard and carport area too. Reccomend! Excellent communication. Easy checkout.
