Great stay

Stayed here for 8 days, the condo was nice and modern, close to the grocery store, bank, buses and many great restaurants nearby.

We've been to Mexico almost every winter for the last 20 years; staying at various places from hotels to all inclusive resorts and for the last 7-8 years doing vacay rentals in Bucerias. This is a very well appointed place. Lots of room, modern kitchen appliances and bathrooms appear to have been recently updated with tiling and fixtures. There are a few bumps and bruises - but that is to be expected with renters who may add excess wear and tear on the place. As noted in the ad, there is a circular staircase outside to get to the second level - not for those with mobility issues, small children or if you take a monster suitcase. We pack light, only taking a carry on - this speeds up entry and exit at the airport too. The unit has a washer dryer so you can do laundry when needed. Maid came on Sat & Wed, to sweep, mop and tidy up the towels and wipe down counters. This is NOT a hotel, so don't expect the maid to wash your towels or change your bedding unless you put them in the laundry basket in the 3rd bathroom. Lots of towels/linens in the kitchen closet if you need. The condo is close to the big grocery store and a block off the "lateral" service road where there are many little shops, cafes and bars to visit. It is also just off the highway, so if you are sensitive to noise, bring your earplugs. Pool is cool and refreshing after a hot afternoon walk - shared with the other 2 units. Water is filtered so no need to buy bottled water.Excellente!

Quiet stay and good location

The accommodation is cosy and the pool is nice. The place is quiet compared to other area. The place is located at a walking distance from a big supermarket which is very handy. There is a washing machine in the unit, which is handy as well. We went missing water once which we were told happens in the area but it was fixed quickly. The host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, well equipped

A beautiful property with all you need in place when you arrive. Stairs (fully evident in the photos) could be challenging. The pool area was lovely but if the deck area was a bit roomier it would be nice. All of this feedback is a bit nitpicky I realize. Truly a 3 block walk to the beach

Exceptional view & location

Property just as you see it. Clean, comfortable and modern. Access stairs a little steep. It is not far from highway so will have city sounds. Cleaned 2x/week which was very nice and unexpected. 5 Min to the beach and close to grocery, dinning, transportation access. Beach near property less crowded than near Centro Bucerias which is nice. Great communication with owner and helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

My trip January 24

The stairs to get to the condo very narrow and unsafe to bring luggage and groceries. I contacted the mgr in regards the tv it didnt work during the whole week . They basicacly ignored me. I even told the owner nothing was done.If you want to walk to that beach bring with you all you need !no chairs or umbrellas for rent. I WOULDN'T RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN

Cleanliness

It is definitely not what the advertisement states. The maid came four times, mopped the floors, and that was pretty much it. On our second last night there she stripped the bed other than that she did nothing. The $300 was certainly a waste of money. Location was fine, the pool, not so much. The stairs extremely dangerous. It certainly needs a good clean. Extremely disappointed.

We stayed for a week, and were their during the killing of the head of the cartel and the subsequent shutdown of the government and all the stores, restaurants, and transportation. Our host took the time to check in with us every day and it really helped.

Fantastic stay at

This place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. It was super clean and a great space both indoors and out. Great location only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to awesome restaurants. The hosts were beyond kind and helpful and we would 100% stay there again. Gracias Marco &

Great stay ! Clean, convenient location, and great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were great amenities like a washing machine and dryer, playpen, as well as beach chairs. The location was perfect, not busy and yet close to all the major tourist restaurants and main drag, and a major grocery store. The host was quick to communicate and efficient check in with someone available locally for any questions. Would highly recommend this location!
