This modern 933sqft (86m2) condo is located in Life Bucerías, one of the most sought-after spots in the Golden Zone. Designed as a lock-off unit, it offers flexibility and privacy—great for families or groups traveling together. You'll find two bedrooms with king beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and another sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. The unit includes a full kitchen and a separate kitchenette, giving guests extra space and convenience. Step onto the private balcony and enjoy ocean views from both the living room and the primary bedroom. Large windows flood the space with natural light. Stay cool with air conditioning in each room, catch up on emails with fast WiFi, or enjoy sunset on your private balcony.

Getting Around:

With the beach, restaurants, and shops just steps away, walking is the easiest way to get around the neighborhood. Ubers and local taxis are readily available, and there’s a taxi stand just half a block from the building.

For trips to nearby towns like Sayulita or downtown Puerto Vallarta, a rental car can be helpful. Paid parking is available on-site. Street parking is an option but can be hard to find during busy times.

The Puerto Vallarta International Airport is about 25 minutes away by car.
