Summit Central is your launchpad for Summit County's best ski and board experiences. And after a day on the slopes, come back to a fire in the fireplace, comfy couches, all the modern entertainment options, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious deck to fire up the grill. Lego sets, a doll house, wooden barn and tractor await the pint-sized adventurers too.

Summit Central is a cozy, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome located in the heart of Summit County and minutes away from world class skiing. It has been lovingly outfitted to ensure you feel at home from luxurious bed linens and towels to a fully stocked kitchen.

Wake up to expansive mountain views that span from Lake Dillon to the 10-mile range. You can even see Keystone's slope from the deck and kitchen windows.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and can accommodate 6 adults. A king bed in bedroom 1 and a custom-made queen-over-queen bunk bed in bedroom 2.

THE LOCATION:
Summit Central is perched above the Dillon Reservoir in the scenic Wildernest neighborhood. This prime location offers easy access to the free Summit Stage bus which transports travelers to all the local ski resorts, the Silverthorne outlet mall for a little retail therapy and the mountain towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Copper Mountain.

In the summer months, explore Arapaho National Forest with trails just a short walk from the front door. Or hike the White River National Forest Trail, the Mesa Cortina Trail or for a longer, more challenging adventure, the Continental Divide Trail. Not into hiking, Summit Central is a short drive to one of the most beautiful sailing lakes in Colorado (Dillon Reservoir) and several golf courses (Copper Creek Golf Course, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the River Course at Keystone, the Breckenridge Golf Club, or the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks). Anglers will find gold-medal waters at their fingertips and biking enthusiasts will love riding the nearby passes or ripping sweet single track in Breckenridge.

One of the cleanest units we've ever stayed in. Everything was in good, working condition. The unit was comfortable and well- equipped. Communication with the host was easy, quick, and effective. The unit is very close to a main road, which makes it easy to get into town; however, it can be quite noisy if you keep the windows open in the summer months. We had no problems finding a parking space. We enjoyed the easy access to several trailheads in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. Condo was easy to access, clean, and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of board games and activities to do with kids if you stay with kids. Would highly recommend. We stayed for a ski weekend and location to Keystone was excellent. Hosts were kind and easy to be in touch with.

Great location in Silverthorn and close to Frisco and ski resorts. Very clean with comfortable couches for 5 or more adults, beds & bedding were excellent, kitchen well-stocked and owners very responsive. All in my group were impressed.

Great clean place full of necessities. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of board games. Satelite and local tv, and Netflix. Comfortable beds. Close to shops and a selection of resorts and activities. Washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient. Easy free parking. No central AC, but kept windows open and it kept the place plenty cool during our stay. Perfect place for a family of 5.

Great Vacation Rental

Ski trip

Loved this property for a ski trip with friends. Everything was super clean and well thought out. Close to food and amenities as well as Keystone for skiing! Communication with the hosts was easy. We will stay here again in the future.

Very nice house. Had all that was needed. Kitchen well equipped and very nice Weber grill The beds were very comfortable and both bedrooms had humidifiers which was a great bonus

Our escape to this quiet neighborhood was just what we needed! The house was accommodated with almost everything I'd envision guests would need for a comfortable stay. The only recommendation would be to provide a variety of size in skillets (I could not find a single one in the kitchen) and update some of the cookware for the families that prefer to make a grocery run and eat most meals at the rental property.

An extremely comfortable and clean home for two nights of our girls’ trip. The location is amazing! It’s a home away from home. We appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the comfy living areas. I have pet allergies so thankful for a nice pet-free accommodations. The ample amount of hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms were noted. Not all accommodations think about the small details of making a space comfortable, but this one maximizes every inch!

Amazing

The property had spectacular views, it was clean and updated. The lighting was a little untraditional, but worked out just fine. We had one incident where parking was questionable, but that is a risk with unassigned parking spaces. The owners were always very quick with responses and very helpful. I have recommended this place to others.
