Overall a very good property with good views and a good club house. Two of the three hot tubs were under repair most of our stay but it was managable. So much to do outdoors near the condo. Great location. This is our second stay in this unit and would stay again.

The interior of the condo was clean. However, we were unaware of the maintenance the property was undergoing. The listing showed only "15" steps to get into the condo. With the maintenance they were doing, the main steps were out and we had to go down a long walkway with steps, then up a set of steps to get into the building. Then another set of stairs in the vestibule to get down to the condo. We most likely would have cancelled this listing if we had known about the work. The host was great when we needed to communicate.

Great location and stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive and the location was very central to all the resorts in the area! Would recommend!

We are a family of four with young kids & the condo fit our needs for the holiday weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace, dvd movie selections, Smart TVs, full kitchen with essentials, the proximities to Breckenridge & Keystone, the beautiful balcony view, & the game room that’s in the clubhouse! Our youngest said he wanted to stay in the condo “forever”! The host was quick to respond & helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. Highly recommend! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer & that we didn’t have time to use the pool & hot tubs at the clubhouse. Great, comfortable stay!

Very nice property, Clean, well maintaned location was excellent. Definatly will look into staying here again on my next trip. Close many of the big ski areas, short driver from I70.

Loveland Race Camp

We spent roughly 2 weeks at this property for my daughters ski race camp and everything was top notch!! I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean condo! Owners were very communicative throughout the whole process.

Beautiful views, close to Silverthorne and Frisco for easy commuting. Owners made sure our needs were met and that we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Very quiet place with nice mountain views. This was perfect to relax after a long day of driving. Restaurants, groceries etc all within a few minutes and traffic was very manageable.

Hi Lonetta, Thanks for your feedback, although we’re disappointed we fell short of the 5 stars. I’m glad we we were able to loan you the ice chest. After you left, you mentioned that we should have fans. Had you asked, you would have realized that we have bedroom fans plus the large fan in the living room. This was is noted in our property description. You mentioned that you had to wash dishes by hand. Had you called, you would have realized that with a little push on the dw door, it would have engaged. My wife and I went up after your stay and all was in order. We’ve always appreciated the communication we’ve had with our guests and have always been responsive to needs. Please keep this in mind for future trips. Thanks again and giving me a chance to clarify any thing.

Excellent place to stay

Great unit near several mountain towns and activities. Hiking trails just a few minutes away. Super clean, modern appliances and lots of nice upgrades to the condo.
