Live the life of luxury and indulge in "Sea-Gem!" This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front condo sleeps 8 and boasts all the comforts of home while overlooking the emerald-colored coast of the Gulf of Mexico!

Immediately upon entering The Pearl, unit 1303, a guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed in cheerful decor' with a 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. In the side hall way, the bathroom matches the decor' of the guest bedroom for a coordinated look. Parallel to the hallway is the kitchen which opens into a charming study nook with a laptop desk and WiFi available. Attached to the kitchen is the dining area which expands into the coastal inspired family room that has large and comfortable seating, with a view that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a 46" flat screen TV with DVD and CD player sound system with iPod/mp3 docking station for your viewing and listening pleasure. From the family room, walk into the master bedroom and step out onto the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, read a book in the La-Z-Boy, indulge in a relaxing nap on the king bed or just watch TV on the 32" flat screen TV and DVD player, soak in the over-sized tub or relax on the large balcony and revel in the breathtaking view which can be accessed from either the master bedroom or the living room.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Great location & beautiful beach

This location of this condo was excellent - right on the beach but still close to stores, restaurants, etc. The beach itself was gorgeous - very little seaweed and just a few jelly fish on our last day. We decided to pay for the on-site rental company to set us up with chairs and umbrella for the week; they were able to give us front row, which was great (though 250, so keep that in mind). The condo itself was very spacious and clean. Everything was immaculate. My only comments on the condo are that better outdoor furniture is needed on the balcony. Part of the reason we chose a condo with a balcony was because we knew we would be spending most of our time there. The current furniture is very uncomfortable and consists only of chairs and side table. They are the hard plastic kind without support or cushions. This could and should be much better - perhaps a high table with high chairs so you can see over the railing. Additionally, we could not get the master bathroom shower to be anything but ice cold or burning (literally) hot. However, we did not reach out to management on this - it was just my husband and me so we used the guest bath shower instead. Overall, great stay!

We had a great time! Staff was amazing. Thermostat and shower head were quirky. Family oriented. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and Easy to get to

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and that is a huge point for me in a positive stay. Biggest issue, The queen bed is crazy loud! just sitting on it sounds like your are twisting a balloon animal into shape. Every time one of us moved,the other one woke up. There are plenty of pillows and blankets. Plenty of seating, inside and out. We didn't eat in much since we were only there 3 nights but the kitchen seemed well stocked for cooking and eating in. We have stayed in the area before and love to eat at The Cactus Flower and Wind Lammers. We also tried Andy D's this time and were happy with that too. Plenty of other choices near by and enjoyed the turtle conservatory. We like that you have several choices of food and entertainment close and it is quieter than the Destin area. Beach view is top notch and like walking out the pier. We will be back.

Overall Good Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was super easy-agent was helpful and kept us updated. While we didn’t make it in time the condo was available early, which would have been nice if we had an earlier flight. The condo was well appointed and comfortable enough for a beach vacation. Needs updating but still quite nice. Only complaint-disappointed in overall cleanliness of the unit-ceiling fans were unusable due to the amount of dust built up on them and the blankets smelled like they hadn’t been washed in some time. All of the vents in the unit also had a great deal of dust and build up too. None of which is a huge deal, except for the fact you are responsible for a cleaning fee. The building itself was super quiet and parking was great. Easy access to everything!

Had a mirror fall and maintenance was a pleasure to deal with. The unit seems dated with all the mirrors. The furniture in the bedrooms is not very sturdy and could stand an upgrade. The headboard in the master doesn't seem to even be attached. The wine fridge did not work.

Beautiful area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental had good space for our family but was very rundown in my opinion. I don’t need a lot of fancy things but the start button on the stove didn’t work and looked like it had not worked for a while. The drink cooler didn’t work, the door lock was hard to open every time and there were several spot where the walls were damaged and had not been painted; however, that didn’t bother us. Also, the tv in the master bedroom had the picture going out on the bottom.

The staff at Paradise Beach were very helpful. A few things need to be addressed by owner. The patio door glass needs to be replaced. The glass is foggy and spotty making it hard to see the beach. The patio railing was very dirty. Dryer needs to be replaced. When we did a load of towels after 2 80-minute sessions towels still damp. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Gorgeous View

Beautiful view of the ocean and beach up close and personal. The condo was great. Just bring your own toilet paper…theirs was super thin and rough.we had a great time..
