Our Beach Colony West Penthouse condo on the 17th floor features free beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs). High demand unit . If booked or you want more privacy - ask about our 3 bedroom beach house across the street on Sonata Ct (The Village) with it's own private beach - Homeaway 289086. homeaway/289086

Family friendly only - no college students without parents allowed. Free beach service Mar 1 - Oct 31 included (2 chairs & umbrella worth $200). Read the reviews. Penthouse condo located on the 17th floor of the West (newest) tower overlooking the pool directly on the beach. See virtual tour by clicking the VIDEO button when viewing pictures. Restaurants on the island and the pier are short walk down the beach. Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. There’s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.

New AC system but do not set the AC below 68 and never leave sliding glass doors open while AC is on. Unit will freeze up & shut off.
Owners live out of state and there is no condo staff there after 5pm to assist with checkin should you encounter an issue.
If you checkin after 10pm plz observe the HOA condo quiet hours rules - be as quiet as you can with the carts and voice levels

We really enjoyed our time in Navarre. The condo exceeded our expectations. No complaints at all. Our host was super nice and answered any questions I had prior to check-in. Would definitely stay there again!!

Our stay was great! Todd was responsive when we had a tiny problem. The condo was spacious & clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfy. And, best of all, the beautiful beach was steps away.

This is a great condo! Huge balcony with beautiful views. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Unit is very clean and communication with Todd was fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We visited family in the area. Condo was in a great location right on the beach with fantastic views. Pool was nice. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

Amazing condo!!

I highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had amazing views! We were also able to check in early and communicating with the owner was extremely easy! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great for families!

We had a great stay. Place was as advertised and the little extras (books, board games, beach toys, etc) were nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking. Beach service is a major pro. Master bed was very comfy.

Beach getaway

This is a great place to decompress and enjoy some beach time. This is our go to rental if it's available. Perfect for families wanting to spend time together.....highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful

Property was gorgeous and the property manager was amazing..he answered all questions promptly and was very nice…we enjoyed our honeymoon and would definitely book again at this location!!!

Great place for a family vacation!

The entire rental process was easy. Great location. Tons of great kitchen supplies (sponge, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc). Comfortable rooms. Couldn’t have asked for more.
