Looking for a fun filled vacation but want to come back to peace & quite?...This is the place! The barn is situated on 27 beautiful rolling acres.
Come and sit on the large porch and enjoy views of the Bluff Mountain and
The Chillhowhee Mountain range. (the Foothills of the Smokies.)
Occasionally, you can enjoy watching our local herd of deer as they play in the field.
First of all, I love my guests. I will do everything I possibly can to make your experience comfortable and memorable. I have many repeat guests that are like family to me.
That being said...I will give you total privacy unless you are interested in meeting.
Our barn, with a single condo, provides privacy for the two of you. You do not share the barn with anyone else.....Two adults only,

TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON WEEKENDS
The barn is yours to enjoy and you may come and go as you please but I am usually close by if you need anything.
There are so many things to do here.....that is why many of our guests come back time after time. Please read our reviews on VRBO and a i r b n b (where we are Superhosts)
Our wonderful guests say it all!
We are centrally located from several areas of interest.
Our farm is located 15 - 20 min. from Maryville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, & Townsend. You can enjoy downtown Knoxville in 15 - 20 minutes. The University of Tennessee is located 15 miles from here also.
The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is an easy drive and is the most visited National Park in the Nation. (There are hiking books, etc. in the barn)
Not a hiker? There are so may beautiful drives here. The new extension of Foothills Parkway is absolutely breathtaking. All of this is close by, including Dollywood, etc.
The Biltmore Estate, in Asheville, NC is an easy day trip. About 2 hours away.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary-so beautiful, cozy, and peaceful, it was everything we wanted and needed for a weekend getaway. Sitting on the porch listening to the wildlife was one of my favorite things, and the views are spectacular from every window, the inside was just as satisfying, it felt comfortable, clean, and safe. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Perfect Barn-dominium Retreat

My husband and I made a quick Birthday trip to the area and stayed two nights in this adorable barndominium. Jeanne went above and beyond to make our stay feel cozy and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer. The place was spotless and she even left a Birthday card and treats. We will definitely stay here again, when we are back in the area.

Peaceful and scenic

This property is cozy and comfortable. The setting is really beautiful and it is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the tranquility and had every we needed for our stay. No detail was forgotten. We hope to return again.

Peaceful and beautiful

We enjoyed the peaceful setting and amazing view. It was so nice to return each evening after a busy day to a quiet and relaxing night's sleep. It was exactly what we hoped and expected it would be from the listing and other reviews. The thoughtful touches from the host were an added bonus. We enjoyed many meals on the patio with a gorgeous view. We would absolutely stay there again when we return to the area.

Perfect Private Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay! We enjoyed the privacy here, especially in comparison with staying in a hotel. The scenery is beautiful! This location was PERFECT and was in between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge so it was only a short drive to enjoy activities. We are already trying to plan when we can stay here again!

Beautiful scenery to wakeup to and quite.

Jeanne was quick to reply with answers. Her place is very cozy and the hospitality was wonderful. You have every thing that you need at this lovely farmhouse. Will definitely stay here again if we come back up this way.

Stunning views

My mother and I came down to my cousins birthday party. I thought the trip would be to long for a day so we made a "girls" weekend out of it. This place was absolutely perfection. The owners live right in front of property, but gave us total privacy. There are no words to describe the view. Already planning a trip down with my husband!

Fantastic get away!

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom for a mother/daughter retreat, and she had a wonderful time. My dad told me she could not stop talking about it when we got back. Joanne is an outstanding host. She leaves little treats and always makes us feel welcome. We hope to return sooner rather than later.

Perfect getaway!

Peaceful place with generous host

This is an excellent place to stay for a relaxing quiet get away. You have total privacy in the barn, and you can enjoy gorgeous views with cows or deer and a vast sky full of stars at night. The owner doesn’t skimp on any of the details and has so many great things available for your use. As so many others have said, we just wish we had reserved more days here! We hope to come back again.

I absolutely love this place. It’s the perfect location for a little getaway. My boyfriend and I loved the cornhole set up. We ended up moving the boards outside because it was a warmish day and the view was amazing. The host is really good with communication which I also loved! I will always recommend this place.

This place was so much more than the listing described. As soon as you arrive you are astounding by the beauty of the mountain view. Barndominium is an understatement. The unit was appointed with everything you needed and more. The little touches and notes left by Jeanne just add to the feeling of welcome. From enjoying coffee in front of the mountain view to a game of cornhole, we couldnt ask for a better stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will be a repeat stay for us.

Have you ever stayed in a barn? This is your chance. New built/no animals. You can gaze out the kitchen window and see cattle on the hill with the mountains in the background. Go explore the tourist attractions and then come "home" to peace and quiet.

I feel so blessed to be able to live on this beautiful piece of land. The location is perfect. We can be in major tourist areas within 20 - 25 minutes but we don't have to "live" there! It's always so nice to come home....I think you will feel that way too.
