Located on 2670 E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL, this is a private residence, and you are welcome to use all of the hotel's facilities like the pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc. This unit has wi-fi, TV, kitchenette, queen size bed, pull-out full sofa bed, and a great view of the Intracoastal. A 1/2 mile walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and shops along Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Minutes away from Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale. On-site pickup for the famous water taxis that travel all along the waterways to many riverfront areas and downtown. This is a 500 sq. ft. 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor at the end of the hall with a view of the intracoastal. The hotel as two bars (poolside and in the lobby), a restaurant, coffee shop, and snack bar. Overlooks the waterways and is walking distance to many shopping areas, restaurants and bars.

Having previously stayed at the property (Gallery One, Double Tree), we were familiar with the location. The area is well populated with shopping & dining options. Check-in, via the front desk, was easy. The unit is in need of some TLC, mostly cosmetics. There was a chemical odor, possible cleaning product. The living room TV was complicated & required we utilize our hotspot in order to stream. The lack of closet space meant clothes could not be hung & we had to open luggage on the floor.

Very nice room and dinette overlooking the canal. Walking distance to State Park and the beach.

Great time meeting people at the outdoor bar. Were in town for my nephews over-the-top wedding and this place was within blocks of all of the weekends activities. Would stay here again.

Great location

Nice condo unit next to the intercoastal, perfect for a small family of 4, owner is extremely proactive in giving suggestions and answering to our questions, i greatly recommend it.

Pool was very nice. It wasn’t heated, but a little chilly.The room was spotless, small but nice. We couldn’t get the living TV on, but had bedroom tv. The host was always available, which is super important. He answered within minutes.The front desk at this hotel was phenomenal.The girl we spoke with told us exactly what to do to get to the port , and what time to leave. Everything she told us worked perfectly.

Great location

Perfect location. Close to mall and grocery store. Water taxi on property. Restaurant and bar also on property. Owners were great and answered us promptly on questions we had. We will definitely return when going to Ft Lauderdale.

Great location and water taxi stop 8 is right by the property. Rick is very easy to deal with and we will consider using him for another cruise. We stayed two nights. Publix is a couple of blocks and an easy walk for items. The unit is right by the bridge but on the waterway. So it can be loud at certain times of the day but at night in the bedroom it sounds more like ocean waves so didn't bother us. A nice stay. If you've never tried the water taxi, do it for a day. It's fun.

Great Location!

We wanted to stay somewhere prior to our cruise. Everything was perfect. Water Taxi was a great day excursion. Picked us up right at the condo.

Great beach getaway spot.

This property was a great place at a nice distance from the beach. Rick and Jill were amazing hosts and were always attentive when we contacted them for anything we needed. The place itself is all you need for a vacation with great amenities at the hotel it is in, and perfect location to the Galleria Mall as well as being great distance to Ft. lauderdale beaches. There’s also a water taxi stop right at the hotel making it super easy to utilize and see Ft. lauderdale in a unique way.
