Our accommodation was excellent. I would recommend the resort to families.

My only complaint was the front desk was not adequately staff for such a busy time of year. Check in and out should be serviced different from general inquires by guests.

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Groves! We would highly recommend for your Disney vacation. Very clean and so much to do on property. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The only reason we gave a 4 stars on location is because it was a little farther then we thought to parks & Disney Springs. It was not an issue, we just left a little earlier.

Great location and stay

This is pretty much a brand new resort with great pools and a big waterpark. The grounds are very well kept. The apartments are great for families, well appointed with fully equipped kitchen and very clean. Disney parks are 15-25 minutes driving, grocery and restaurants are in close vecinity. Just fyi they will charge you a daily resort fee and also daily parking fee (this one makes no sense to me either...). Overall we really enjoyed this property and will likely return.

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review, Sebastian. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at this modern resort and that you and your family were able to take advantage of the many resort amenities. We are so glad you found your unit to be well equipped and that you enjoyed the close proximity to the Disney Parks. Thank you for clarifying that there is a resort fee and daily parking at this resort. We do include this in our description but because this is taken at the time of arrival we are not able to include these fees in our payment total at the time of booking. We would be happy to host you again so please do not hesitate to contact us with any future holiday plans you might have. Best Wishes, the Leavetown Team.

Great Family Fun near Disney

Other than the check-in process and figuring out how to navigate the closest elevator, this was the perfect place for 6 of us. Clean, well furnished, comfy and the pools and water park were ideal for our down time from Disney. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen utensils and microwave cooking dushes. Yes, some of us actuality cook!! Still a wonderful place to stay.

Great room, great stay

The room and resort were beautiful. Be sure to read the small print- both resort & parking fee are per day. Plan your meals, cook yourself or eat off grounds. Resort food was seriously lacking and extremely expensive (considering the quality). Hours of operation are also a little sparse - so try and plan your time wisely. Overall we enjoyed the room and resort.

Great stay and would come back

Clean unit, everything there however ended up calling front desk around midnight as there was a major fight/screaming in the unit above us. Security calmed everything down fairly quickly. Other thing is the sound proofing between units could be better, we could hear people walking above us and next door.
