Casa Claudio is a four bedroom, three bathroom condo in beautiful Kissimmee Florida. It is newly renovated (January 2016) with new tile, appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with the cool and contemporary colors of Florida. It's top floor end unit location will have you believing you are on a quiet remote island. During your stay, you will receive access to a heated pool, spa, the fitness center, tennis courts, on-site BBQ's and the beautiful view of Buck Lake. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed in each of the master bedrooms, two twin beds in the guest room and kids bunk beds in the fourth room. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, stroller, car seat, step stool, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Florida will feel like your second home.

Great location if Disney bound

We came late and left early so didnt spend much time. Very clean, rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed coffee from the screened patio.

Disney fun

Location was great! 15 minutes to most parks. The condo was a nice size with two main bedrooms. It could use some updating. Baseboards needed to be painted, mold in bathroom, and overall needed a freshen up. Communication with owner was great and timely. Overall, we had a fun time!

Very clean! Great location!

We had 7 people in our group at this location. The place was very clean and easy to access. It was only a few miles from Disney, Walmart, Target and many restaurants.

Fantastic location for condo

This stay was extremely comfortable for our family with small children. The layout and room choices were great for the kids and parents. The house was clean and comfortable. Extremely close to all of the Disney parks. Plus there are several stores very close for convenience. The contact person was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Excellent spot for Disney

This place is 15 minutes from Disney (with traffic).. Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath.. and taylor made for 1 family 3 or 4 kids or 2 family with 4 kids with bunks. Close to all morning coffee places and evening frachises like Olive graden, Outback Firdays amd more. Great screened in porch for the evening

Immaculate & spacious!!

We came into town for a family wedding and we were super happy that the home was just as described! Owner was extremely prompt and pleasant in answering our questions. Although there were only 5 of us, this home would comfortably suit 8 guests.

Beautiful and Roomy

It was me, my husband, our son and his girlfriend for a quick get away weekend. The condo was absolutely perfect, just as the pictures showed. There were 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 that are en suite’s and 2 rooms that are perfect for kids or teenagers! The photos are exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very quiet as well. The only objective we had was there wasn’t enough towels and when we all were in the living room watching a movie it would have been nice to have a love seat along with the sofa to relax on instead of the 2 single chairs. The condo is perfectly located near all the attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Great Place!

My family of two adults and 4 children all stayed together and the beds and rooms were spacious and comfortable. The communication was great with the owner. One of the kids left their bathing suit and owner/ property cleaner mailed it back to my family member. Great communication and easy check in.

Wonderful & Convenient

Absolutely wonderful condo. Incredibly large with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were a group of eight and we never felt on top of each other. Very clean and nicely-setup. Nice patio to sit outside and watch wildlife in the trees. Best overall is the convenience factor. You’re a mere 12-minute drive to Disney parks. Ultra easy to get to and get out of. You’re in walking and short-driving distances to a number of restaurants, fast-food, gas stations, Publix, and shops. This was really a nice, accommodating gem.

Wonderful stay close to the parks

It was a special weekend with old friends and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is very convenient, the apartment is clean and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breeze sitting on the screened in porch. The view of the moss lined trees overlooking the blooming lily pads in the pond was picture perfect. I cant say enough good things about the gracious host. She was responsive and professional. The beds were as comfortable as could be and the apartment was nicely appointed. Thank you or opening up your home to us to enjoy a long weekend!

4 day trip to WDW

Outside of property was nice. Gated property was a plus. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was not enough hot water. The condo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath place. After 2 people took showers in the evening, the hot water was gone. The rest of the group had to wait till the morning to have hot water. That was the only negative review. Great location because to go to WDW, you did not have to get back on I4! That made the trip worthwhile despite the hot water issue.

Amazing

This rental was amazing, extremely clean, spacious, and the communication with the host was impeccable. She was even available around midnight when I had a question. The rooms are huge, 2 of them have a bathroom inside the room, the kids rooms are beautiful and the loft bed was a real hit. My 6 year old with Autism never voluntarily wants to sleep in a room separate from my husband and myself, but once she saw the loft bed, we couldn’t get her out of the room. We are more looking to purchase her one. They also have any and everything you need to sustain during your trip. I was very impressed that we didn’t have to go to the store and purchase a bunch of things like when staying at a hotel. The biggest pro was that it was located 10 minutes from the park we were attending, we loved everything about it!

Great property

This place was fantastic. It’s larger than I expected, and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of space to sleep a large family. There are a ton of places to eat and shop around, but be prepared for a little bit of traffic all day and night. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay!

Although Felix keeps himself busy at his job as a Police Officer, Martial Arts School Owner and Advanced Motorcycle Training Instructor, he still finds time to enjoy his hobbies which include traveling, motorcycle riding and remodeling vacation properties! Danielle is a stay at home Mom and wife and loves crafting, painting, decorating, music and traveling. She also enjoys assisting guests in making the most out of their stay at Casa Claudio.

We decided to purchase this property because of the amazing location! You are extremely close to Disney World. You can hear and see the fireworks each night. You can also walk to the store, shopping and tons a restaurants. You will not find a more convenient, safe and fun location in Orlando or Kissimmee!

With over 1600 Square feet, this four bedroom, three bathroom truly feels like home. The property has an huge, amazing balcony overlooking Buck Lake. Everything has been completely updated and renovated. It is light and airy and simply beautiful!
