Splendid 2br Core Aspen - walking distance to all!

Elegant, stylish and comfortable condo in Core Aspen - remodeled in 2022 - 3 blocks to Gondola, 1 block to town, and close by to many hikes and activities. Large open kitchen for those who love to cook! Perfect for a small family, group of friends or couples get away.

Amenities include air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated parking spot, gas fireplace, high end down comforters and sheets, custom couch, fully stocked kitchen cookware/utensils, instant hot water, water filter, premium coffee machine, smart TV's with cable, wireless Sonos speaker, and much more.

The unit is in a very nice building right in town on a quiet tree lined street. We are a corner unit on the ground floor. Very easy access, quiet, and still has great light and stays very cool in warm Summer months. The condo has been designed and renovated for a very comfortable and high-end feel. The bathrooms are immaculate and beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has very clean and barely used utensils. The condo is an absolute perfect place to cozy up with wine after a long day of skiing/hiking and sleep in the cozy beds. It’s also an entertainers dream living room.

The location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s on a quiet street but 1 block from town, 1 block from grocery store, few blocks from the best shopping in the country and tons of restaurants, bars, and cafes to choose from.

This place really has it all and we’re very confident you’ll enjoy our home as much as we do!

Perfect condo in downtown Aspen

This property was amazing. The condo feels like home, has everything you could possibly need, and is in a great location, also conveniently located two blocks from the market. We loved our stay and would gladly stay again on our next trip to Aspen.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew and the property! We had an amazing time, and the unit is beyond beautiful and in the best location! Walking distance to everything! The place feels brand new, and I'm obsessed with how they decorated it. Beds were super comfortable as well.

Amazing place and location

The unit was exactly as pictured and described. The finishes, interior design, and appliances were modern/tasteful and very nice. The beds were very comfortable, slept great. Location was perfect - 5 minute walk to heart of town, Ajax gondola, or buses - but quiet at night. Andrew was a very helpful host - communicative and offered recommendations for restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way.

The owner’s description is 100% accurate. In addition to the location being in a beautiful residential area but 1 block from main, there’s a small park 3 blocks south and a larger park 4 blocks north. This park lays beside the Roaring Fork River and the paved, mostly flat and shaded Rio Grand Trail starts here and runs next to the river for miles. It’s beautiful and a doable walk for my elderly dog and my 64 year old hips. There are other trails off the Rio Grand. It’s fun to walk out the door and choose which of the 25 or so restaurants will be the final destination. The condo is well maintained, upscale and a pleasant place to be.

Food and wine classic

The owners were so accommodating and quick to respond! Our trip got moved twice due to the pandemic and they still honored the price and moved our reservation. Location is beyond wonderful. We did not need a car for anything. One thing I will note is that there was a portable a/c unit available for 1 bedroom only. Depending on what time of year you come, this could or could not be an issue for you. Upon arrival they recommend some places to eat/drink all of which were great.

Amazing location and property!

I was perfect for our family. Very quaint. Walked to gondola, grocery and all of the stores. Amazing paths around the house for walking. We had a wonderful holiday at this property. There was a loud knocking in the property above us nightly throughout the entire night each night, if you are a lite sleeper this knocking will create frustration.

Wonderful time in Aspen

We have just stayed at this property, and all was as advertised! The location was perfect for us - literally steps from downtown and all the restaurants and shops you could want. Grocery store is a quick 2 blocks. Nice trails are also nearby. The condo was very clean, and had all the things we needed. Communication with the owner was quite easy - he replied very promptly when I had a query. Everything was great - would highly recommend! Even the weather was perfect for us. The only thing I would suggest to future guests - if you are coming with more than one car - the condo has one spot and parking in the core area of Aspen is at a premium. (I'd never been to Aspen and didn't know what to expect in terms of parking). There is public parking available, but if the second car is needing to park for over 2 hours you may need to walk a few blocks. (We had a chef come in our first night and there was a momentary concern about parking. It all worked out though!)

Wonderful accommodations in perfect location!

We rented this wonderful condo for Labor day weekend and had the absolute best time. The condo is beautiful, meticulously maintained, very well appointed and lovingly cared for. It was everything advertised and more. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area to shops and restaurants and to the gondola. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 plus our 2 small pups. Andrew was very friendly, easy to work with and answered all of my millions of questions in a very timely manner. We liked it so well that we already reserved it for Labor day weekend 2020! Thanks for having us.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely summer stay here with another couple for a short stay in Aspen. It's a beautifully furnished condo with everything we needed to enjoy great hikes during the day and great dinners at night. We stay in vacation rentals often, and a couple of things that stand out here are: Comfy beds/bedding, very pleasant owner, and best of all we were able to bring our dog!

Aspen on Business

This is our first purchase! We had been visiting for years and are absolutely in love with the Aspen live style and wanted to make visiting a life long commitment. We love the people, the community, and the active healthy lifestyle. This location doesn't require a car, and for us New Yorkers who like to walk, it was perfect. It is also very cozy and somewhere we could huddle up with a bottle of wine after a long day on the mountain..
