I loved this cottage. It was exactly what I needed! Short drive to Bardstown and all the distilleries, peaceful location, and safe. Kim was a wonderful, attentive host. Would definitely recommend.

Check in, communication and overall cleanliness good. It may be because you are by the lake but the bugs at night are awful. And they come in all over the walls and windows. Cob webs should be cleaned before guests arrive as they are all stuck there as well. Host is great to communicate with and listing is as it says. Would stay there again!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Yes, being near the lake and being outdoors, the cobwebs and spiders are a nightly occurrence. You can knock the cobwebs out, and the next night they will be there. We appreciate you staying with us.

This place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for 4 of us and our dog. The hot tub was so relaxing at the end of the day!

The house was very much a vacation rental and less of a house. There was some minor damage and spots that need cleaning that I was afraid would impact my deposit. The lake view was not as pictured...basically just trees with a sliver of the lake. The hot tub was lovely...probably my favorite part. Overall it was good but not excellent.

Awesome place to stay. Less than five minutes from the lake and less than ten minutes from the middle of the town. Great accommodations with space and comfort

This place was nice for a couple night stay. We did notice alot of ladybugs but they didn't bother us too much. The view was awesome of the lake! The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day on the bourbon trail

Great get away

Great stay. House was easy to find and was clean and spacious. There is a good size dining room table and the living room/bedroom furniture was comfortable. We had a great time in the hot tub and enjoyed our time exploring the lake and surrounding area.

Nice weekend away

We enjoyed our stay here! House was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. Kim was very responsive when we messaged her. We would definitely stay here again!

This cottage was perfect! It was clean and we had plenty of room! It's a short drive to the marina and to the gas station/convenient store. In addition to the lake, we enjoyed using the hot tub on the deck and community pool in the resort.
