Perfect weekend away

These cottages are the perfect getaway! They are always so clean and comfy! Thank you, Jared for the constant communication about the hot tub! We were so glad it was ready to go!

We had a good time and the house was in a great location. The host communicated well with any questions we had. I would stay again.

Decent but issues

Came for a family trip. The host was cool about checking in early as there were no other guest checking out and we were driving 11 hr from NY. Was also cool with us having my cousin drive up for lunch from TN. When we got in my fiance thankfully had me take photos of the multiple stains on the carpets, one looking like water damage, take and paper/dust stuck infront of fridge and worn tables in big bedroom so we couldn't be held for what was there when we came in. There were no trash bags except the one in each trash can and we were staying nearly a week and only hand soap so we purchased bags and disk soap and a sponge to wash pots and pans. I didn't bring this up to host as a previous review had said it could use updates, and it was good enough to manage. The hot tub was lovely but the pool was closed and we were not informed of that and I had messaged when booking about pool location. We washed dishes, cleaned coffee pot and took all thrash out minus one in the bathroom, and a bag we brought in from ising outside, and emptied fridge but left Ketchup, mayo, mustard and butter as we didn't want to toss new condiments when next tenant can use. Left unopened bottles of water, Charcoal, sponge, dish soap, trash bags, foil, sugar, coffee Laundry soap, softener and dryer sheets for use future tenants. To throw trash out u have to go all the way back thru the gates at the entrance to dumpster but we did that when we emptied other trashes. Whe. I got home and r

Staycation

We came from Louisville to just get away for a couple of nights. Enjoyed our stay. We’ve stayed in this community 3 times before. Will likely be back again.

Definitely would book again!

Cottage was just as described and shown in pictures. It was perfect for the three of us. Would definitely book again if in Taylorsville!

Relaxing

It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. Fit all our needs and the pool was refreshing. Would definitely stay again if we go back to that area

Bed was pissed in and had hair in it, the fridge was dirty, and there was food all over the coffee table and tooth paste all over the bathrrom sink.

Get Away Time

Yearly my wife and I get away just to enjoy our time together. This is the second year in a row we stayed at this location and we are planning on next year already. The cabin is so relaxing and the host is outstanding in communicating with us before our arrival. This is the place to be. Thank you for an enjoyable time.

Our stay was great!

Such a nice get away from reality! We had a small hiccup with the hot tub on our last day but we were able to contact the host and he got back with us right away to get it resolved! It was clean and cozy!

Weekend getaway

This place was great for a weekend getaway. The property was clean and everything was in working order. We would like to visit again as a family in the summer to enjoy the community pool. The directions from the Vrbo link sent us to the boat dock which was confusing but we found out it was in the resort that we passed. I would recommend this stay.

Everything was as expected. No surprises. Not a lot of distractions close by, but close enough to Louisville and Bardstown.

Nice neighborhood

The property was fine and the neighborhood was nice. The communication with the property owner was not good. We were scheduled to check in at 3:00 pm, however the owner had not replied to my email and had not sent the access codes to the gate or the property. We attempted to contact the property owner multiple times throughout the day with no luck. We finally had to contact VRBO directly. They also tried unsuccessfully to contact the owner. Luckily, VRBO was able to provide this information so we could access the property. The owner finally responded to our request after 8:00 pm that evening apologizing saying that he forgot to send them! There were also no check in or out procedures.

Property was worn down. Evidence of roof leaking in great room. Huge stain on carpet in master bedroom. Painting ripped off wall in bedroom. No cable. Wife had to sweep floor as soon as we got there. No instructions at all how to utilize the TV, no channel guides. These properties are all individually owned, and all have different rules amenities. Will never stay here again.

Relaxation!

We bring out pontoon boat to do some fishing and relax on the water. This is a perfect location near the marina and in a very safe and secure location. On a rainy day we can soak in the hot tub and enjoy the summer showers!
