The ground level offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large sunroom, a recently renovated kitchen, a dining area for family meals, and comfortable living room seating. There are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second level.
LOCATION: Centrally located- the beach is steps away, an easy walk to downtown Dewey Beach, or grab the Jolley Trolly just one block from home.
PARKING: Private parking for two cars.
AMENITIES: Extra refrigerator, washer & dryer, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, central AC, dishwasher, gas grill, and outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is not refundable if you cancel. This home rents from Saturday to Saturday in the prime summer. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. The bedroom with two twins on the first level is on an enclosed/air-conditioned porch (see photo). No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
