Featuring enough parking for at least 6 cars 3 of which are under unit, a balcony that runs the full width of condo, hardwood flooring, granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, outdoor grilling area with granite tops and an outdoor shower! Restaurant/Bars within walking distance, only steps away from "The World Famous Starboard". Jolly Trolley at the end of the stree to take you into Rehoboth Beach.

Enjoy the summer evenings on large front balcony!

For our first trip to Dewey Beach, the condo was lovely and large - plenty of space for our family of six adults to be together but also plenty of space to be separated. Three bathrooms was a GREAT amenity. The condo's location was in the middle of pretty much everything in Dewey Beach, as well as only one block to the beach.The only drawback to our week at this condo was that the VRBO description and photos never indicated that the condo was on the third level with two large staircases to climb to get to/from the condo. With two senior citizens, two pregnant women, and two dogs, the stair climbing was slow and exhausting for many of our family. I assumed there was only one condo level on the property above the carport. Regardless of how great the condo was, had I known it was on the third level, I would have rented elsewhere. I will be sure to clarify this issue with any VRBO rentals going forward.

Great location if you like to be in the middle of the action. Just a short walk to the beach. Clean home and the layout is friendly. The large porch is nice and we spent a lot of time there. Plenty of parking for one truck and four cars.There were a couple of hiccups with the AC and empty propane tanks in the outdoor grill but communication to address these was good.

Spring Break

A brief spring break stay with family (4 adults and 5 children) was very enjoyable! The unit was beautiful and clean, and suited our needs perfectly. It was in a great location, and we would definitely consider renting here again!

Weekend stay

Three couples stayed for a weekend, the home was perfect. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the piped in music. One recommendation is to have booklets on how to use the features on the fridge and other high end appliances. Lovely home!

Great location

I have stayed at many homes over 20 plus years going to Bethany Beach. This year because our kids are older we went to Dewey Beach. It’s great that you can just walk to all the bars and restaurants. The home did except dogs which is what we wanted and have rented before. I must say that this home looked clean at first glance, but it’s very dirty and not deep cleaned. The owner is delayed in responding to any questions. We were supposed to have towels and sheets included but they never came till well after 10 pm, and I was told I needed to wait around for them to get delivered. Never has that happened. We were hungry and needed to get food, and go to the supermarket. So after waiting around for hours I decided to go back to Walmart and buy what we needed. This was a big pain. But the owners did reimbursed me for that. But at the end of the day we all had a wonderful time. The Delaware shore is magical, and we love it.

Wonderful week. Great location to everything. Place is perfect for a family, living area is great for gathering together. Outdoor kitchen a nice bonus. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This VRBO is so spacious. The main living space is so large with a grand kitchen island, large dining table and massive sectional. The location was great. Also appreciated that 5 or so cars could fit in the driveway since we were coming from different states/towns. Love Dewey/Rehoboth.

Marathon Weekend!

Perfect place to stay in Dewey Beach! Close to restaurants and easy beach access. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable outdoor deck. Built-in grill with outdoor sectional. Extremely well stocked kitchen, even though we couldn’t find any dish towels. Bring your own linens as they are not provided. Only negative was that the grill ran out of propane and we took it to get exchanged. Not a big deal, but we would have expected to be reimbursed after sending the receipt to the host.

Major space for the family, the lighting was smart with sound. The kitchen was amazing and wonderful to cook in. For ten people, need to wash silverware after each meal.

Wedding Weekend

We utilized the condo for our wedding weekend, where the groom and 7 groomsmen spent the Friday evening and the bride/groom spent the night Saturday after the wedding. The location is phenomenal for anyone trying to experience all Dewey has to offer. A short walk to The Starboard is exactly what we were looking for. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for entertaining. One note, in the event you have not read through the entire listing thoroughly, is that you need to bring towels and linens for all beds.

What a nice stay we had. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and the many establishments that are available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’re impressed by how much room we had in this 3 BR condo! Large areas for gathering and a beautiful large balcony. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dewey Beach stay

Great property! Everything from location to the layout/decor of the house was first class! Everything was all on one floor, but was really spacious for the group we had (8 adults). Great kitchen space, outdoor deck, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
