Great place to stay for a week in Newport. Being on the water was special and proximity to the beach and Lido Village was perfect. Was able to go off the dock directly a few mornings with paddle board - so easy. Living spaces were spacious, as advertised.

We stayed a week and simply loved it. A very cute place in an ideal location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, the grocery store and plenty great places to eat.

The house was darling, and the view was amazing! Short walk to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. The hosts were super nice and responded to my questions promptly. Extremely pleased with my stay, highly recomend.

It had a one car garage for a small car, but that’s all I needed and I used to live in the area so it’s awesome. It’s on the canal so it’s not noisy with people running up and down like on the boardwalk, but you only walk two blocks and you’re on the boardwalk and you can go anywhere. It’s beachy chic and and very relaxing. I will come back again.
They go out every day and you can go over there and get fresh fish to cook later.
So fresh, you wouldn’t want us to go to the store

Great location - 2 blocks from the beach and grocery store. Lovely to watch the kayaks and paddle boards go by on the canal. Clean with charming decor. Owners kind and accessible.

Right on the water with turning basin in site. Large rooms, lots of towels and bedding. Comfortable furniture. Great patio on the water. Parking in the garage was really nice. Walk to the ocean was just fine. Two baths was a plus. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

The garage is a huge bonus!

We loved our stay, the house is an original that has been well maintained and updated, but with some quirks. There is a manual that explains everything clearly. On-street parking in the neighborhood is difficult and having the garage was wonderful. We rented a compact SUV, as only small cars fit in the single car garage and it fit...with a few inches to spare. We felt this home was great choice for Father's Day weekend, the kids came over and enjoyed the patio and there was enough seating for everyone. Highly recommend.

A Time to Reconnect & Rest

We chose this location for our graduate school cohort reunion and it was truly the perfect location! The place took our breath away the moment we walked in. We felt right at home with cute messages and Oreos waiting for us! The place is well taken care of. The property was ready a little early and we were contacted which was perfect since we had just picked up everyone from the airport. We had a good landing spot to relax and plan. We spent many mornings out on the dock and the breeze was perfect! Any little question we had we could reach out and get responses quickly. We were able to walk to the beach unencumbered and some even got a morning jog in! Everything was taken care so we are very thankful for this place and our time together.

Perfect property, close to the beach but with a great canal area with dock in back. Quiet and safe neighborhood that was convenient to food places and just a few blocks from the grocery. House was just as advertised!

Beautiful location! Clean, comfortable and just altogether perfect. Kind and quick communication from host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially being able to fish from the dock. Caught sea bass, rays and saw a sea lion swim through the water. So fun!

Best week trip ever

Most perfect home to spend a relaxing weekend with my kids. Host was great, the neighborhood was amazing The walk to the beach was short and the paddle boarding through their recommended renters were the best! Highly recommend

Perfect Location
