The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, featuring a wet bar, gas stove top, and Espresso machine.

Upstairs also offers a half bathroom, adjacent to the spacious King Primary bedroom with deck access. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the large, jetted tub and make yourself at home with a huge walk-in closet. 

Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a King bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a King plus a gas fireplace. The additional full bathroom can be accessible from the hall or twin bedroom and has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
