Great location

Great Scottsdale location by canal and hiking biking trails. Neighbors at this condo were wonderful.

Great location, all the people we met that lived in the condos were friendly. Grill is in close proximity of the condo we stayed at. Washer and dryer was a plus on long stays. Erin was excellent and responded quickly anytime we had a question. This is probably our last trip to the Scottsdale area but we highly recommend staying at this condo. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Erin, we enjoyed our time there.

Good location, fair price

Well stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, cookware and bakeware. The beds were not the best for my back issues. Owner very responsive for having two problems fixed.

Sensational stay in Scottsdale

The condo is exactly as pictured. Walk out your patio door, take 10 steps, and dive into the pool. Parking was a breeze. I parked right in front during the entire stay. Erin, the host, answered each and every contact quickly and with the information I needed to enhance my stay. She went above and beyond what I expected. She personally contacted people to assist me. Amazing! Everything you could possibly need is provided; toaster mixer, knives of every type and description, liquid soap, shower gel, I could go on. The location is ideal. It’s very centrally located. Walking distance to the irrigation canal walkway, 3 minute drive to Chapparal Park, arguably the most beautiful park in the state, 8 minutes to the quaint “old town” area, 5 minutes to Fashion Mall. 12 minutes to the not to be missed Desert Botanical Garden. What more could anyone ask?

Outstanding Stay

It was the perfect home away from home to come back to after VERY stressful days. Location was perfect. Great neighborhood for evening walks. Never had used a Nespresso machine but now I just may have to buy one for home. Thanks, Erin!! 😊

Very Comfortable; Great Location!!

We loved our stay here! The condo opens right into a beautiful courtyard with pool and hot tub. Neighbors are all very friendly and fun. Owner was very prompt and very helpful. Unit was well stocked with quality everything! Only suggestion we would make is to upgrade Master mattress.

Amazing host and great area

We stayed in this condo for nearly 90 days total, the host went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was great, close to everything and plenty of things to do.

Villa Estados

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Estados. The location is terrific as it is close to both the bike path on the Arizona Canal and the bike path through the Indian Bend Wash Park. A 15 minute ride to Old Scottsdale and a 10 minute ride to 5th Avenue shops. The condo is nicely decorated and has all the amenities you could want. It is very comfortable. The condo complex is relatively quiet and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. Erin was a very helpful and accommodating owner. We enjoyed our stay very much.
