Very clean, cute place i loved my stay there enjoy every minute, pool was really warm so it was perfect not to cold either they had everything you could possibly need 10/10

Perfect week’s stay for Spring Break. Such a cute place. The pool was awesome and not crowded. Close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend.

Such a beautifully decorated space within walking distance of a lot of different places (even downtown old Scottsdale). We spent a lot of mornings and evenings on the patio.

This place was lean. We had two bathrooms and one only gave us cold water, no hot water for showers. The chill/vibe lights on balcony did not work. Paid a little more fore the room bc of pics, one showing a pool table. There is no pool table at this place.

This condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet with a nice view of grounds and pool. Very quick response from host when we had coffee maker trouble! I would have appreciated a little more information on how to manage the lighting, etc. as there are many remotes and items on timers! Overall, a wonderful stay!

Nice apartment

The inside of the apartment was really cute. Decorated nicely. Great view of the pool and palm trees. Pool was nice. We were able to walk to most restaurants and shopping.

Nice place for the money. Arrived at night and had trouble finding our apartment. Complex is confusing to navigate with all the gates. Overall it was a good stay. Apartment was clean and well furnished witg everything we needed. Building is dated and could use an updated HVAC system since you are not able to run A/C when system is switched to heat.

2 King beds 2 Full Bathrooms

Great for two people or two couples with the 2 King beds 2 Full Bathrooms! Beautiful Pool, hottub, and quite neighborhood. Top floor with elevator. walking distance dozens of restaurants, shopping, coffee, and to the canal walking paths (if weather permits). Gated inner area within the large Maya Condominiums complex protects the pool, clubhouse, and hottub accessed using a keycard. There is an on site security guard and this unit comes with one nearby covered parking space in the lot named phase 2. We Definitely recommend!!!

We had a nice stay in Scottsdale. The place was eclectic and nicely decorated for being an older unit. The outside definitely doesn’t match the inside. It happened to be a bit chilly and I realized there wasn’t central heat. I called in thinking it was broken, but turns out the unit doesn’t have heat. They were accommodating and had space heaters sent over the following day, however they came in to the unit without any notification which made me feel a little uneasy as I would not enter my guests unit without ensuring I spoke to them first. An FYI- communication is with a company not one person.

Poor communication from the host lead to a nightmare check in process and left us in the lurch for 4 hours. Apparently you need to provide an ID, which I have never had to do before, but I say apparently because the information was never sent to me asking to do so. So I had to call VRBO support which took its time connecting to the host. The host probably has 1000 other units, definitely a big operation where things fall through the cracks. After getting the code over the phone the rest of the visit was mostly smooth. Only other complaint was the place was 81 degrees on the thermostat when we arrived. Nice beds and bathrooms. It was clean and quite. Rocky start with little to no apology but other than that it was fine.
