Quaint cabin

Our little family had the best time in Helen. This Cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We are from Florida so having the propane fireplace was the coolest part. Location is close enough to the Main Street but not right in the thick of it, which was ideal for us. Thank you!

Cute little cabin in the woods but walking distance to everything

This was such a cute little cabin in the woods but was walking distance to all the main things in Helen. The cabin was clean and just like the pictures. We would definitely stay again!

Accessibility/Parking

The property location fairly close to the paved road however once off the main road the trail to the cabin and parking need to be maintained, I was able to maneuver with some difficulty but damaged my vehicle on stumps that were hard to avoid.

relaxing cabin in the woods

Such an amazing place! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to town while still being quiet and peaceful. Do not hesitate to book a stay here.

Restful weekend

This hidden gem is a fantastic vacation spot in busy Helen. Tucked away in a peaceful quiet oasis away from the town, once you’re there you feel so peaceful, but you’re only a short walk away from the town center. Will definitely be booking again.

Great location, Woodlands Repose

Tadd was great to communicate with and was extremely thorough with instructions. We were here during Christmas time, and they went above and beyond with getting into the Holiday’s spirit, even left us some hot chocolate and other little snacks to enjoy. Some of the reviews here had me a little concerned, but we had no issues, and had everything we needed for our stay, we even cooked some meals at the house with no issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cabin close to town

The cabin was very cute, and gives an illusion of being away from town, but really is right by all the action! I loved having a little escape being away from the city, but could pop down to the town for a coffee when needed. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and check in/out was simple. It was perfect for two people. The listing said "a fully stocked kitchen awaits you", but other than pots & pans and some spices that was not the case. There was nothing in the fridge or freezer I didn't see any coffee or other essentials. Maybe their definition of fully stocked is different than mine (or maybe I missed something!). I would 100% stay here again and I would recommend to others who visit!

Along weekend get away.

We stayed here last year and loved it. So we decided to book again this year for the place. The only we had was there seem to be some sewer gases coming up there the pipes. Other than that everything was great.

Great Little Cabin

This property is a great little cabin located close to everything. Property owner sent great directions on how to find the cabin. Quiet wooded area with a few other cabins close by made for the feel of being in the woods but still walking distance to many feature locations in Helen.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. Only negatives were the shower head was bad, and the yard looks neglected. Also, could have been a more clear numbering of cabins. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Location

This cabin was very close to Helen. You can walk to town in about 10 minutes. The cabin was as described but we did find a few bugs. The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great Cabin

The owner was excellent to work with and provided great communication. Cabin was really close to town which enabled us to be able to walk into town. Pet friendly which was a plus for us. I would recommend this cabin for anyone.

Helen trip

Cabin was clean and cozy. It was quiet and peaceful and very close to town. Very easy checkin and checkout. Property owner was easy to contact. The only issue we had was the sleeper sofa. It made a lot of noise when he moved and my son said it was very uncomfortable and made it hard for him to sleep. Aside from that, our stay was excellent! This would be the perfect cabin for a couple with no children.

Great location

Tadds cabin was in a great location, first night one of the cabins near by had a dog that barked all day and late at night while the guest were at the cabin but after that all was quiet and peaceful. Would recommend.

Lovely cabin in Helen!

My daughter and I stayed at this cute cabin in Helen while visiting family friends. Loved everything about this cabin. Location was close to town, but off the road enough to where it was secluded and quiet. Had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the porch at night while it was raining and really enjoyed the fire pit one night when it was chilly during our stay! I would definitely stay here again! Bed was super comfy & couch was nice to relax and watch movies!

Weekend getaway

The location of this property is great! You are just a few minutes from downtown and close to all the surrounding attractions. Tadd was great to work with. He answered any questions I had immediately, and we made a last minute change to our plans and he was very accommodating. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The only negative was that the furniture was not the most comfortable, but because of the great location, we didn't spend a lot of time hanging out in the cabin. Overall, a great cabin for a fun getaway.

Beautiful Cabin but…

The cabin itself was pretty perfect. Gave us everything we needed. Our intentions were to be tucked away and based on the photos, it looks very secluded. We were disappointed when we arrived to find that the photos were just taken strategically enough to make it seem secluded. There are plenty of other cabins in close proximity. Not what we were hoping for at all. Our stay felt perfect and peaceful nonetheless. If you are wanting to be within walking distance of town, this is the place for you. Based on the lack of privacy and seclusion, we won’t return. But we are grateful for the time we had here and encourage others check it out if you don’t mind having neighbors. Our 2 pups loved it as well!
