This is a great house conveniently located near the Tucson Mall & Oro Valley. The home layout is updated, functional & welcoming with a definite SW Tucson vibe. It is actually someone’s home so if you are looking for a sterile hotel type rental this may not be for you. But if you want a well equipped kitchen and a couple fun fish to feed this will be a hit. The master and the two other bedrooms are separated so great for two couples. Also great for a family with small children as one entire bedroom and the family room is dedicated to children’s Toys & activity supplies. There is even a dedicated kids outdoor sandbox play area. Plenty toys for adults too: pool, ping pong, bbq, fire pit, outdoor lounge, and lots of tv selections. The master bedroom is large & comfy with a smashing bathroom suite and wonderful, cushy towels. The downside is the shared spaces, not just the pool (which involves people on your back patio) but also the hot tub out a side door off the master, and the gym & laundry which involves people coming into an area of your house - it is a locked off area . . . if you remember to keep it locked off. And distinctive, separate security codes will need to be established to keep other guests from entering the house which happened in our case. They were looking for the laundry & WiFi access info, so I’m sure a detailed house guide would address this issue. Richard was readily available, via phone, email or text, and helpful from start to finish. We would definitely rent this property again.
