Tucked away among the towering Douglas Firs, Tan Oaks, and Myrtle wood trees is a hidden gem: a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat on a cozy 0.64-acre lot where you can gaze out at the historic Rogue River from a distance that’s perfect for admiring without getting your feet wet.

Inside, you’ll find a kitchen that’s not just fully equipped—it’s so prepared, it’s practically ready to cook you dinner! The lineup includes a refrigerator, oven, electric Jen-Air range, microwave, and dishwasher. I have every kitchen gadget you could possibly need—except maybe a personal chef, but you’ll manage.

Your crew will have plenty of space to spread out with two master bedrooms, a third guest room and a charming living and dining area. The larger master bedroom is fit for royalty, featuring a king bed, private bathroom, a couch, coffee table, and even deck access for when you want to lord over your woodland kingdom. The second master bedroom comes with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom—perfect for those who don’t mind mingling with the commoners. The third bedroom also boasts a queen bed and shares access to the other bathroom via a mini hallway.

Just a stroll away from the Rogue River and a quick drive to the Pacific Ocean, my place offers you the best of both worlds. Book now and get ready to feel like you’re living in a nature documentary.

Best equipped VRBO I have stayed at. Lots of spices and cooking utensils. Everything in the house was spotless. The grill was cleaned and relined with foil. Views were amazing and property was quiet and secure. Great place to stay

We both were impressed when we arrived. Host was there to greet us. Supplies were beyond our expectations for everything. Setting outside was such a pleasure with her flowers,etc.. Loved watching the boats. Mary was always there for anytime we had a question. Wished she was closer so we could rent againgo every year..

What a joy it was to host these two! Their energy, laughter, sense of humor, and adventurous spirit was contagious. They were an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. They embraced the area, enjoyed themselves, and brought such a fun, positive energy with them. It was obvious they know how to have a good time and not take life too seriously. Just as importantly, they treated my home with genuine care and respect. They left everything in wonderful condition and took care of the property as though it were their own. Guests like these are exactly why hosting is so rewarding. Fun, adventurous, respectful, and full of life—you couldn’t ask for better guests! I would happily welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to any host. ❤️

Great place!

Very nice house with a beautiful garden and view of the Rouge River. House was very clean and well-stocked. Owner was very accommodating and kind! We had a great stay.

Awesome place

We came to Gold Beach to take the jet boat ride. The house is beautiful and lots of room. Today we drove to Trees of Mystery.

Location is awesome. The rooms were nice and comfy with plenty of space. The kitchen was very clean and appliances are all nice. Beautiful view. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. I would love to stay there again and would recommend this house.

I've been fortunate enough to have stayed at over a dozen vacation type rental homes and this home is definitely my favorite. The home theatre hi-fi sound systems are enough for me to make the trip alone. I fell in love with this home. Plenty of space in each of the 3 bedrooms and each room is fully equipped with a bonus smart tv.Peace and quiet is highly sought after and this place delivers on its promises. The sights of the river are spectacular to say the least.I feel like I have experienced a taste of heaven and I felt happier here than I have in a long time. I would like to return asap.

Great place to be When you need some time away

Wonderfully nice and comfortable and clean. The view of the Rogue River is terrific along with the surrounding mountains. Sitting on the upper deck was quite relaxing. We went to the ocean and to the river. Mary is a really special host. She is kind and quite helpful.

This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. It was very comfortable and homey. It was like returning to the family home for a visit. The view inside and on the outside deck of the river was breathtaking. It was so quiet and private. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything. The linens were high-quality. The house is close enough to town to drive in and get coffee and yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. The owner was a good ambassador for the area. We will definitely stay there again.

Retirement weekend

Had a great time in Gold Beach on Jerry’s Rogue Boats. Took the Mail Route Tour & enjoyed in immensely. Would not have been possible without the awesome Rogue River Delight property as our base. 5 stars all around. Mary’s property has it all! Awesome location, exceptionally clean, beautiful scenery & view, well maintained & thought out landscaping, responsive host, quiet location. Saw quail & deer around the property too. Can’t miss at this property!

A week in Gold Beach

We spent a delightful week in Gold Beach. Mary’s house was spotlessly clean and had a lovely aspect. We spent most of our time out on Mary’s deck with views of the Rogue, lots of flowers and birds to entertain us. We saw about 15 baby quail in the driveway one evening. When we are looking for a rental, we want privacy and quiet…Mary’s house had both. The kitchen is well stocked, shower great. Mary was super responsive if we had a question…We highly recommend Mary’s home and would certainly stay again.

Our stay was absolutely beyond our expectations. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The view was breathtaking, and we found ourselves enjoying it every chance we got.The gardens were stunning and so well cared for, making the property feel even more peaceful and inviting. Every detail of the home reflected the care and pride the host Mary put into creating a wonderful experience.The hosts were the best we've ever had—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. We truly loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave.If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay, we can't recommend this home highly enough. This is our second stay at this beautiful place. Amazing views of the mountains & the river. The home is clean, comfortable & has everything you could possibly need. Mary is a responsive & great host. We hope to stay again.

Happy Beaching

Very nice place, quite, comfortable with views of the Rogue River. Beautiful yard! We enjoyed sipping coffee outside taking in the smell of roses and the serene views.

Great Visit to Gold Beach

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The host was readily available to answer questions and welcome us. We prepared meals at the property and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway place

Wonderful home/location to de-stress, unwind and yet easily accessible for daytrips and adventures. Single level, spacious, well equipped view home nestled into the hillside with nice views and abdundant wildlife. Loved the local bluejay! Owner was attentive, concise and available.

Lovely house, clean and comfortable, great view

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Very comfortable, beds comfortable, extremely clean, everything you need in the house, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The view is great! We would highly recommend this little gem.
