Just one block from all the galleries, restaurants and shops this Carney-designed condo has floor to ceiling windows, great views of Snow King, abundant natural light and spacious 10-foot ceilings. Features include commercial grade appliances, gas fireplace, reclaimed trestle wood floors, quartz countertops, wool carpet, stone floors, private elevator access, and two designated underground parking spaces in heated garage. You will be quite comfortable enjoying the modern architecture with a touch of rustic. Be sure to visit the iconic elk antler arches on Town Square and enjoy dining, shopping, nightlife, art galleries, and events. Unit comes with 2 underground heated parking spaces with a max clearance of 7'3" which fits a standard SUV without roof rack.

199 East Pearl is one of Jackson's most coveted buildings with in-town convenience and midway proximity between world-famous Teton Village /Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the airport and national parks. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a 25-minute drive away, or easily accessible via the nearby public bus stop. The entrance to Grand Teton National Park is 12 miles to the North and the airport 8 miles.

Beautiful, very clean, and perfect location. Ton of closet space, and many small things included such as paper towels, dish and laundry detergent. Huge selection of pots and pans. This property was immaculate!!

Well furnished, clean unit in a very nice quiet building. The building is in a great location very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. One of the better units we have stayed in in the last five years and we visit a couple of times per year.

Beautiful condo - spacious and modern

A couple of blocks away from the heart of Jackson, so we were able to walk everywhere. The unit is modern, spacious, nice toiletries and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot to relax & walkable to Jackson Hole Antler Arch!

This property was perfect for 2 couples on an adventure. Loved the large central kitchen and great room with cozy fireplace. We were busy during the day with snowmobiling so really appreciated the awesome place to rest up. For meals could easily walk to the many restaurants in Jackson Hole but also was great to eat in and appreciate the condo!

Christmas stay on Pearl Street

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Nice place. We felt the kitchen plates and such could have used some new things. The hot water would raise and lower on its own. We loved the parking garage and loved being able to walk into town.

big, beautiful, new condo

High ceilings, gorgeous floors, high end furniture and appliances. Super close to the town square, but on a quiet street. Beds were very comfy. Loved it here, would absolutely stay again!
