The view is breathtaking from our newer beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the twelfth floor.

Master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. Fully equipped kitchen. Extra large balcony! Inflatable mattress to sleep 2 more.

Great beach and location! Many restaurants and amusements nearby, or just relax on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by. Take a walk on the beach in the beautiful sugar white sand.

Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub.

Not included, $35 parking pass you by from security upon arrival.

Holiday weeks have premium pricing, regular and peak weeks are 7 nights minimum saturday to saturday.. Last minute discounts, inquire for price.

Gulf Shores Alabama with beautiful water view !!

This property is overlooking the beach in Gulf Shores Alabama. It is well appointed and has a covered deck that overlooks the beautiful Gulf Shore. Very comfortable we stayed for 3 weeks. There is also a washer and dryer. Owner is easy to work with and answers questions quickly. Gulf Shores is an interesting place to visit !!

Fantastic Vacation

My daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic last minute getaway. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and nicely decorated. The location is amazing! Ron made some suggestions for local dinner options. Every restaurant we tried was great. I could not have asked for anything better. Thank you!

Great location!

This was our second stay in this unit. It suits our needs to a tee! Great views, convenient parking with elevator access. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants are nearby. We'll be staying here again!

Had not gone to stay at Gulf shores

Don’t want to go back ugliest beach I have ever seen or been to. No waves in the day. Just dirty and seaweed filled. There are way way better beaches all over. I would skip Alabama and Mississippi. Louisiana doesn’t count in mo

Perfect!

This is the perfect condo right on the beach. It’s close to everything that you need. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. Clean and updated. You even have your own private parking spot. It couldn’t be better.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our week very much. The ocean view was fantastic, and we have stayed on the gulf multiple times elsewhere, but this rental was our favorite. huge balcony, comfortable beds and quality furniture. thank you!

1st Gulf Shores Adventure

Overall, our stay was fantastic!!! The condo, the beach, the weather, all were perfect!!! The owner was great communicating with 1st time VRBO guest and Gulf Shore visitors. We loved it!!!! Our only suggestion is a little TLC or update to the bathrooms, but they were spotless and clean.

Incredible condo, beautiful balcony view

Everything about this condo met my family’s expectations! Our main highlights include the condo’s pool and spa area, the convenience of being right on the beautiful gulf shores beach, and the balcony from which we saw sting rays and dolphins! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo -Fantastic View

We were very pleased with our 12th floor condo unit. The unit was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. We were a little concerned with staying on the 12th floor but the elevators were very fast and the wait time was much shorter than we expected. The view and beach at this location were better than we expected. We had a very convenient reserved parking space. The decor of the Condo Unit could stand a little more of a feminine touch but the living space was very comfortable. The ocean front balcony was spacious with a large table for dining.

Spring Break 2024

Very nice condo and the property owner was exceptional to communicate with. Living room had brand new furniture. The ottoman was delivered during our stay. Thank you for an amazing week. This is an annual trip and I would love to stay here again.

Great Condo Overlooking the Gulf

Our family loved this place. The balcony with dining table overlooking the water, right at the beach, and with a couple pools and hot tubs on premise, too. Comfortable beds. Living room and kitchen very functional. Will definitely consider staying again!

Last minute trip

We lucked out with this property. First it was probably the cleanest rental I have stayed at. It was easy to check in and had great parking. The beach in that area was very nice. We were so happy with our stay.

Opening the door to the condo and seeing the cleaning lady had not even started. The cleaning lady stated she wasn't to be here until Friday which we had arrived on Tuesday afternoon.

Fall Beach Trip

Very great location Loved being on the beach with all the amenities: Pool, weight room, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room The main bathroom could use some updates But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Apartment

This was the second time we booked this apartment and it didn’t disappoint again. It is a great apartment with a very nice balcony that has a great view. Super clean and conveniently located. The owner is very responsive and quick. Highly recommended!

This place was very clean,well kept.Sliding glass door to balcony was easy to open and quiet,didn’t walke anyone up when i opened it early in morning.I would stay there again,I gve it a two thumbs up!!!
