This inviting unit includes a living room with queen sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen television, and beautiful direct Gulf front views. The connecting dining area has a table that seats eight and three can be seated at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is modern and has been recently renovated from the ceiling to the floor including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, and tile floors. The washer and dryer is also new and is located in the laundry room off the hallway. This whole unit is decorated in coastal style.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
