Home was ready before check in time, very clean, super close to Peak 8 & beautiful views. This is our 5th spring break in Breckenridge & will definitely be looking at this house in the years to come!

We were a group of 6 women who stayed here from 2/22 to 2/27. The condo was roomy and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked! Our power went out one morning during a storm and Patti and Mike were very receptive in updating us when it would be back on and how to reconnect the internet. It was just a short walk to the shuttle for down hill skiing and a close walk to the Nordic center for cross country skiing. We were very pleased with our stay and would most definitely return!

Getting in late at night was easy; the directions and the key code worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. A comfy place to watch a movie after a day outdoors. Hot tub was clean and hot. An easy 2 minute walk to the Nordic Center, and the free shuttle to Peak 8 is there too, and runs every 15 minutes.

Beautifully updated property and so convenient to Peak 8. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved our week there and can’t wait to return.

Excellent property!

Best location for our family vacation. Close to main street and peaks. The property was immaculate upon arrival and check in was easy. Patti was amazing and worked with our flight times. We will definitely be back!

Great location, nice place.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it has a great main level layout for a group of 8, mixed ages.We loved the location, close to the free bus to the mountain and Nordic center. Hot tub after a day on the slopes was nice, albeit kind of awkward to access thru one bedroom due to the deep snow.Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend to others.

Great updated condo

Wonderful updates to the property. Great kitchen with great views from the upstairs. Three bedrooms downstairs with access to a perfect hot tub off master. Short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the slopes.

Great spot

. We had a wonderful stay thanks so much for everything! House was beautiful and very clean. Was nice having a hot tub on location. Property was very close to the Nordic center which was nice and just steps away from the shuttle to peak 8. Overall it was a very nice spot to stay and would recommend to friends!!

Amazing stay

This property is amazing. It’s very close to the base of peak 8. You can either walk or take the bus. The home was very well equipped and clean. You can also use the Nordic center which is just a few feet away from the property.

Great location. Comfortable home.

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. The townhome is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well provisioned. We were mostly visiting for Alpine skiing; very easy walk to the bus and a quick ride up to Peaks 7 or 8. Due to proximity to the Nordic center, we also gave cross-country skiing a try, and loved it. Patti was a great host; easy to contact and responsive.

2024 Breck trip

We just got back from our stay Jan 1-6 and had a wonderful time. You can tell the owners have a lot of pride in their property. We probably had more fun eating in than going out after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and the natural gas grill was right outside on the deck. Just an awesome place. 10 out of 10 and go all the time.

Breck ski trip

The condo and location were ideal for our group of older kids and adults. The condo was perfectly clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The location right on the Nordic trail and close to the Breck shuttle to Peak 8 was the best for our group of Nordic and Alpine skiers. The hot tub is spacious and a great reward after a day of skiing. Patti was available and responsive throughout our stay. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this has been one of the best. Thanks!!

Perfect location for a perfect ski vacation!!!

We had a great time staying at the Breck townhome over New Year's Eve. The location was perfectly situated between the ski slopes and the town of Breck. Our family of four had no compliants whatsoever. The property was very well maintained, clean and had everything we needed whether heading to town or staying in for the evening. Skiing was a short walk to Freeride and then on to peak 8 - very easy and convenient. The hot tub overlooked the Nordic skiing track which was fun to watch as you soaked after a long day of downhill skiing. I'd highly recommend this location to any family looking to enjoy everything Breck has to offer.

Awesome location near Peak 8

We stayed here for 6 nights with our three children and another married couple. The layout worked well for us as there is a bedroom suite downstairs behind a second door for add'l privacy. Kitchen amenities are above average, but no need to check the cupboard before you shop. TV and sound are also good (integrated speakers, including the bedroom) and the internet is 500Mbps. Great location, just a couple stops from the lifts on the Gold route. A bit of afternoon noise from squealing novices on the nordic trail immediately behind the property, but otherwise no complaints -- a great find!

Beautiful Home, however please note!

The house was beautiful. It had all the items you could ever think you would need when traveling for a long or short period of time. We were also impressed with the stocked panty when cooking (things like cooking oil, spices and sprays). The communication was nice with the property owner and if we had questions the response was quick. The hot tub was a nice newer addition to the property. As for the downside --- the driveway, it is shared with other houses. Therefore you cannot leave a car out of the garage and it is not possible to park on the street. You will be stranded and unable to get out of the garage if not cleared from snow. If neighbors next to the rental leave their cars out, you will be skipped and stuck in the house the entire day -- just like we were with a child with special needs :( We missed pre paid events and not allowed refunds. Secondly, the heat balance of the house is horrible. Truly horrible. The primary bedroom is roasting HOT and not able to be cooled down, and the other rooms downstairs are FREEZING! Like 30 degrees difference in the rooms. This required our children to sleep upstairs on the sofas because the rooms were so cold, not in a bed. Lastly, there was trash left from others that stayed before we rented in the guest bedroom downstairs (with the queen bed), dirty towels thrown on the floor in the closet and socks left under the bed. Again we were happy to be close to so many things in Breckenridge but so disappointed with our stay.

We are happy to hear that you appreciated our beautiful home and brand new hot tub! There was a once in a 100 year snow event/blizzard while you were there. We contacted the HOA multiple times to get the driveway cleared but the weather conditions were working against us. We received emergency alerts asking everyone to stay off the roads and we were told that the entire town was shut down. As you said, we were immediately responsive to all of your issues and did everything we could to help you. We did offer you a free nights stay to help with any travel issues. In the extreme cold the radiant heat tends to warm up the master bedroom quicker than the other rooms. We will check that out and thanks for letting us know. We just notified our cleaning service and they are very apologetic and are taking corrective actions.

Week Before Christmas 2022

Our original family group was 6 people. My daughter and her family had to stay home due the seasonal flu and kids with Strep throat. So, my wife and I made the trip anyway and really enjoyed our VRBO stay. We tried to ski a little since we are age 71, but quickly learned we were no longer in shape for that. We were blessed with plenty of snow and sunny weather. We took time to enjoy the many great restaurants in Breckenridge. We would certainly stay at this property in the future. Next time we may try a summer rental to mix things up just for fun!

Beyond Expectations!

We’ve stays in some really nice properties through the years, but this may be the best yet! You can tell the owner loves this home and spared no expense in remodeling and furnishing. The place was absolutely immaculate! Great access to the slopes via the bus system (less than 5 min walk). We took our car to town, which was also less than a 5 min drive. Go ahead and book, you won’t be sorry!

Family Ski Trip

Perfect accommodations for our 1st trip to Breckenridge. Close to shuttle and town, plenty of room for the 6 of us and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Highly recommended, would stay here again!

Great House and Location for Ski Friends

The House was perfect for 3 people or 3 couples. We had plenty of space. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The location to both Peak 8 and Nordic Center are ideal. Everything was exactly as described.
