SKI season long term rental available. Minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Area, Hyatt casino, and all restaurants Centrally located at lower elevation. This is a completely level, one story condo. NO STEPS at all. Covered parking at your FRONT DOOR. New beds including one memory foam mattress (other bed is traditional Sealy mattress). New designer couch. Also added a 45" UHD TV. We have high speed internet, cable TV, and WiFi. Plantation shutters on windows and tiled bath and kitchen. Gas fireplace with a convenient remote control. New carpets and flooring!

Unfortunately my friend and I did not have a good experience here. There was no hot water, and when I communicated that there was no follow up and it never got fixed. We had cold showers all weekend. The TV was also broken - kept freezing, and pausing we were unable to use it and watched TV on our phones all weekend. The most surprising part to me was the lack of communication, it really felt like they didnt care.

Extremely Inaccurate. We immediately responded to these guests about the problem both through the VRBO app and left a message on their phone to schedule a repair visit. Unfortunately, they did respond during that entire day and we were not able to schedule repairs due to lack of timely response. These guests are the communication problem

We will be back

This is a great property. It was clean quiet and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the appliances were well-kept. The location is perfect. Great little places to eat close by and still not a far drive to the lake. Bars, restaurants, shopping was all easily accessible. We will be back!

Centrally located, Clean, and Good Value

We loved how everything you needed was within walking distance. Great food, excursions, and bikes to access Hidden Beach. Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and Chimney Beach, plus other memorable sites were only a 10-15 minute drive. My wife and I loved the condo even without central air. It’s small and would be cramped with 4 adults, but it was perfect for us.

Great location. Good value

Appreciate how so many things were within minutes of this condo- restaurants, grocery store, hikes, and the University of Reno Art Building where I took a workshop. Only negatives were no air conditioner (was told most places in this area do not have AC) and mattresses could have been more comfortable. I would stay here again.Thank you Paul for your communications with me quickly when I had questions.

Great Lake Tahoe Stay!

This was perfect for what we needed for our quick Lake Tahoe Stay. It was close to everything in Incline Village; beaches, parks, trails, Lake, etc. We spent most of the days doing things, but coming back to the VRBO in the evenings was exactly what we needed. Wi-Fi and TV worked great and the evenings were cool enough to leave the windows open for fresh draft air. I would stay there again.

Great Place for Quick Stay

Location of the condo was ideal for proximity to everything in Incline Village; the grocery store, brewery, to the Hyatt Casino. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals. And bathroom had your basic amenities. Comfortable place for a quick weekend to Tahoe for a friend's wedding. Would look to stay again if we visit the area in the future.

Not exactly as we expected

Overall this unit served its purpose but we would not stay here again. Positives: -location: convenient to grocery & food -reasonably priced -washer/dryer -tv & fast internet Negatives: -worn out & thin comforters on both beds -carpet is really stained & felt crunchy -bathroom rug was worn & dirty -bathroom needs a deep clean & shower curtain replaced -food left in fridge/freezer -no clothes hangers in either closet -extra pillows but no pillow cases -no washcloths & only 4 bath towels -carport is very difficult to get in/out of because of the rock wall. Larger vehicles will not fit!

About once a year we get guests who expect a mountain cabin to be the same as a 5 star luxury hotel. We provide a phone number to guests to request extra towels, pillow cases, comforters, etc and clearly these guests did not bother to request anything. MOST IMPORTANTLY these guests left the condo filthy. Housekeeping sent pictures of trash piled up. I would not rent to these guests again

Little Oasis

What a beautiful condo in a beautiful location! Great for access to multiple ski resorts in the winter. The property is well-kept and everything looks relatively new. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great space

It was very convenient to most of what we wanted to do. Not as much traffic as South Lake Tahoe. Small but all we needed.
