Getting Around:

The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. | Other Things to Note Before Booking |

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

| Long Stay Cleaning Fees |
Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

Additional credit card verification is required for bookings where the OTA does not handle guest payments directly. False advertising

The pictures are very deceiving for multiple properties in this building. I should have assumed the location was sketchy being a few blocks away from Skid Row. Apartments are as pictured, clean and updated. View of alley with dumpster divers was less than ideal. Roof top terrace advertised as an oasis with view was less than ideal. Hypodermic needles, trash, food and filthy outdoor furniture made it an unsafe and disgusting spot. Felt prisoner to the confines of the locked apartment. Came a cross a trashed elevator one morning with a purse dumped on the ground of elevator. Prescription bottles, drug perafanalia and a gun or a taser was dumped. I was just waiting to see someone dead or in a drug induced coma. Our stay was cut 10 days early. When I requested a refund they were less than accommodating by telling me I would only get a refund if they rented the place after I left. Called VRBO directly to report and get a refund for the cancelled nights. They also advertise security. There is none. Don’t want to forget the homeless drug addict sleeping out front with his foil and syringe.

Amazing unit

Im impressed by the unit. The owners have done an amazing job. The unit comes fully equipped and Very clean . Location is near everything down town; great food. I didnt like the fact of paying $45 for gas, per day!

Close to Crypto

Very clean apartment with all items needed for a comfortable stay. We felt safe and appreciated the security checks. Easy to locate and access building and apartment. Very close to grocery stores, favorite taco trucks, market place and Crypto. We rented a car inbetween hockey games and it was easy to find overnight secure garages fot $20. We were gone during the day so the view from the apartment was not important. Some street noise at night but it is the downtown area. Thanks and we would stay here again!

Got into LA early and was given the ok to check in early with eases and lost track of time during the check out and they were so nice about it. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and Clean unit

Surprisingly nice when you enter the building. The unit is very neat and clean. Convenient to all the restaurants, near highway. The roof area is a plus.
