Looking for a "taste" of what some of downtown has to offer? Take a walk around the block and you're SURE to run into a movie, music-video or TV show being filmed!

The perfect spot for work or play as it is a convenient 10 minute walk away from Staples Center, Convention Center, and LA Live! Go see a Lakers, Clippers or Kings game at the Staples Center, see the newest exhibit at MOCA, a concert at Nokia Theatre, or an performance from the LA Philharmonic at Walt Disney Concert Hall -- all within a 1 mile radius of this great loft. Getting Around:

The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. | Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

Beautiful apartment in a nice location
The apartment was very spacious and perfect for my family and I. It was close to grocery stores and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make any meals that we wanted. It was also super easy to catch the subway to Hollywood or take buses to other locations we wanted to sight see. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

I want to go back
The apartment was very nice inside, everything was clean and organized. Beds were super comfortable. I loved staying here. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but plenty of inexpensive parking close by. The building is nice because you have to have a code to even get in the front door. The roof area is also a nice place to go have a drink and relax also.

Safe, convenient and well cared for space
I enjoyed so much about this space. I appreciate the location and the security practices to stay here. The beds were comfortable as was the pullout bed and trundle bed. It was quiet and close to coffee shops, food trucks, and great restaurants. Thanks for providing such a great place for us to stay!

Very nice apartment
This was our 1st time to LA . When we pulled up to the building I was a little nervous about the outside and the neighborhood BUT when entering the building I felt safe and when we opened the door to the Apartment We were VERY pleased super nice clean and spacious I would recommend people to stay here and we all agreed 5 women that we would stay here again
