Overall an excellent place to stay. Went for my 50th birthday for a few games and it was perfectly centered from what we needed and wanted. Willmost definitely stay and recommend for anyone to stay here!

Very niceAccommodation. We felt comfortable as soon as we got there. The TV and seating area were great for hanging out. Pool and hot tub really cool.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The owner provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for both accessing the condo and parking, which made everything seamless. Communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and greatly appreciated.We truly enjoyed staying here and would happily stay again the next time we’re back in town! Highly recommend!

Such a delightful apartment. Perfect location in DTLA. Host is so responsive and helpful. Host is a person, not a property management company. Bed is super comfortable, apartment is well-stocked with everything you need. My daughter is a student at USC, so I've come to LA often and stayed at several places. This one is my favorite by far; I will be coming back for sure.

Everything was as described in the listing and the host, Alina, was phenomenal to work with. She answered all of my questions very quickly, but overall it was a seamless experience and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking in the downtown LA area

Just finished a great visit to LA while staying at this property. Everything was as listed - excellent location, comfortable bed, easy parking, etc. best of all was the great communication with Alina. Clear, accurate instructions for check-in, parking, roof top, etc. When I had questions she responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing host, ideal location. Fully stocked and listing is accurate. Host was super communicative and accommodating. Came for the LA marathon and it was a perfect space for what I needed. Highly recommend this space for 2-4somes and ideal for small families. Alina is a top-notch host and I would GLADLY stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great short getaway

We had a wonderful time here for a quick birthday getaway! The loft was spotless and very comfortable, check in and security were great and the area was very walkable. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and Great Location

This property is amazing. Great location within walking distance to everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with us and provided all of the details that we needed. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

Alina’s property in LA is gorgeous and she was so kind and easy to work with! We were here to celebrate my granddaughter’s Sweet 16 and this was a perfect location for us. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay 5 stars!

Clean and comfortable

The suite was perfect for a family/ work trip. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, and the host was responsive. The concierge was also very friendly! We would absolutely stay here again.

Alina was a welcoming host. Her place is perfect refuge in the heart of LA. Vibrant downtown nightlife and restaurants right outside the building make it an ideal location. The fact that parking is included makes it an ideal place to stay. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities to make it an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We also got to enjoy the rooftop jacuzzi with awesome views of the city. Alina was very accommodating, helpful and responsive host. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great apartment and host

This was a wonderful apartment with a very kind, attentive host. She was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The roof views with pool and hot tub are amazing

Alina and her condo rock!

This was a perfect place to stay when I was in L.A. for a basketball game. Alina was incredibly helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is also well located with everything around it I walked most everywhere I went. Alina, I will be back!

We really enjoyed staying here. We've stayed in alot of vacation rentals, and this was among the best! It was super clean with nice homey touches -- games in the coffee table, basket of pool towels, basket of blankets in the living room, coffee (Keurig) & tea with sugar, and plenty of backup t.p. and paper towels in the closet. Check-in was easy, and the host was very quick and friendly in her communication. We were here for a conference and it was a very doable 20 min. walk to the convention center and hotels. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof (the pool was open but pretty cold in early April, so we didn't swim). The rooftop was lovely and sunny most days, with nice spaces and lounge chairs. One day I sat with my laptop in one of the nice, large cabanas and got alot of work done while enjoying the LA breezes and views. We were there for a week, but I wish we could have stayed longer to try more of the restaurants nearby. We used the parking space, and that was great to have. Overall, a great stay!

Welcome to Relaxation!

My son had an audition for a music program at USC and this condo looked like a great fit for us to relax and enjoy the sites of LA and we were so right. The moment we stepped into the lobby we were greeted by the security staff, super friendly and helpful. The condo did not disappoint, very clean and the decor was perfectly done. We enjoyed the rooftop deck with pool and hot tub, perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening skyline was AMAZING! Looking forward to our next visit! Hosts were wonderful to us.
