Wonderful property! Close proximity to an uncrowned and beautiful beach. House was large enough for kids, teens, and adults to hang out together or separately. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots and pans we needed to cook family meals. We called the host three times for very minor issues and he always responded immediately. It was a great rental- highly recommend!

The house is very spacious and clean. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay in this house. The owner/property manager was very helpful and responded to our communications in a timely manner.

Thank you, Vicky, for such a charming house. Its beautiful! Our GIRLS TRIP was a successful and comfortable one. Our ONLY feedback was that the host did not communicate when we sent in questions after our stay began. Maybe due to the holiday... nevertheless, we had a great stay!

Long weekend getaway

Nice large house, comfortable beds, clean and well stocked. Beach shuttle to beach was very useful. Would stay again.

Enjoyable

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious home. It is home away from home. Everything was very nice. One small disappointment, which was not a dealbreaker was the size of the pool. The pool was smaller than expected but everything else made up for this. We would stay here again.

Our weeklong stay was enjoyable. There was more than enough space for 9 guys and everyone had a bed to themselves. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and the living quarters made it easy to relax after golfing 36 holes each day. Driveway was large enough to fit a sedan, midsize SUV, and a pickup truck.A couple improvements / items of note:1) Check-In instructions for navigating to the property listed the incorrect house address but in the correct community.2) The ground level bathroom could use towel hooks to hang bath towels.3) The kitchen could use a couple extra kitchen towels for drying dishes.4) It was inconvenient that the Roku TVs were pin locked so we could not add streaming services that we would like.Overall it was a nice stay and a place we will definitely consider for our future trips to the island.

Girls' Trip

We were very impressed with both the house and the neighborhood. We were a group of 7 women and appreciated the spacious gathering areas as well as all rooms having a bathroom! Relaxing on the wrap around porches after a day of biking, hanging out on the beach or shopping rounded out our day. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 65 and older adults in Hilton Head for a tennis State Championship. The home was clean and comfortable. We would suggest changing the living room sofa. We sank into the sofa depending on where we sat. The frame must be broken in a few spots. Otherwise we were totally comfortable in the house and would definitely rent again.

Better than the pictures

The property looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The location is great for walking to the beach. When it rains, the little pool downstairs is perfect to dip. Plenty of equipment to prepare large family meals in the kitchen. The kids loved all the smart TVs for the days when it stormed. And the beach shuttle was great.

Bachelorette stay in HHI

The house was absolutely amazing and was everything the future bride wanted. I was the MOH with 10 other girls. There was plenty of beds, baths, and room to mingle and gather in the house. The house was everything that was listed, but the host did not communicate as effectively as I hoped!

May vacation

The only negative I can say is that the advertisement is misleading. We were under the impression that it was ocean front when in fact it wasn’t. I was disappointed about that

I believe this guest has this house confused with another. Nowhere do we advertise that this property is oceanfront. It is approximately 800 years from the beach which is a short walk.

Family vacation

Second year at this house. Love the location and the beach access it provides. Convenient beach buggy to get back and forth to the beach. House showed a little more stress since last year. For example, dishwasher door did not seal unless closed in a certain way. Inside of dishwasher did not accommodate a large load as many guides were broken or missing. Master bedroom bed supports were not functioning well and sagging in the middle. All correctable things and didn’t ruin our stay. Will return next year to this house or another just to have access to Singleton beach.

Sweet retreat

Beautiful, spacious home that worked wonderfully for our family of 8 adults with plenty of space for gathering as a group and retiring for some private time when needed. Very clean, well kept, nicely decorated and mostly as described. There is also a great park we enjoyed about a block away that offers tennis, basketball, dog park and walking/biking paths. A few things for renters to note: Kitchen is very well stocked with pots / pans, plates, etc...however, there were absolutely no extras which surprised us. Be sure to bring your own spices, tin foil, plastic wrap, etc... While there are two fireplaces in this home, the one on the main living floor is not operable. When we inquired we were told that it is not available for use by renters, yet this property specifically advertised having a fireplace which was a slight disappointment for us. The beach is a bit of a distance away and requires that you walk along a street with no sidewalks to get to it. Given that our visit was during "off season" there was no shuttle service to / from the beach and there is no public parking available near the beach entrance in this neighborhood (something for those with small children, elderly or handicapped to be aware of). We were also surprised at the lack of information provided at the home. There was no reference guide that explains the details of the house (such as the need to use the left arrow on the Roku TV and choose Spectrum to get to cable TV), information on the area, details about beach access, transportation, restaurant info, etc... Despite these minor shortcomings, we had a wonderful weekend and would certainly recommend for others to stay here.

Great home with Tons of space

This house was perfect. My husband and I celebrated our 13 Anniversary with good food, family and friends. It had a lot of space for everyone to comfortably fit and and enjoy themselves. I’m from the area and it’s nice to come home and bring friends from out to town to mingle in my childhood friends. My only complaints is the parking, cleanliness of the pool and bathrooms and the elevator fee that had to be paid prior to using it. Some of my friends and family elected to stay downstairs once they were down, but other than that, we had a great time and created a lot of memories from the house, pool, beach and Cocos bar. Can’t wait to book in the same area again.

Pleasant stay

This house was as described. The neighborhood was friendly and quite during the evening hours. We felt safe in and around the property. The free transport to the beach worked great, Connor was an excellent cart host. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend.

Great house and great location.

Me and a few buddies stayed in the house for a golf vacation. Could not have been happier. Super spacious and everything was in great condition. Really enjoyed the porches lounge to lounge in after a day on the links. Also, really good set up in the kitchen for dinners. Only possible thing to gripe about, and it isn’t really that, was that the pool was really cold. Only spent a few minutes in it. Overall, an exceptional house in a great location. Easy to get to anything on the island.

Second Stay at 30 Crabline

We had to extend our stay to five nights this year to be able to visit the weekend we needed, which was an issue for some, but this is a great condo for 8 old friends on a long golf weekend. We’ve stayed here before and it has plenty of beds, overall space and is at a great location on the island.

Highly recommend

Property is true to listing. Beautiful house. Very smooth check in/check out. It was great to have our large family all under one roof. The pool and grill were wonderful and the house was just a half mile walk to the beach.
