We had a great time everything was as described, and we really enjoyed the having all the extra space for our family of eight. There was plenty of dishes for us to cook. Our meals and beach access was great.

The location was great, very convenient to beach and restaurants. Very quiet and beautiful street. The shuttle made it convenient to the beach and our grandchildren loved the shuttle drivers .

Frequent traveler to HHI. We've stayed at Port Royal, Palmetto Dunes, and Island Club. This was our first time outside a resort or plantation. The location was convenient. The adjacent dog park and walking trail was incredibly useful. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle to the beach as we just parked at Burkes beach, which was fine. The house was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was responsive and friendly. We hit the food truck in the parking lot behind us frequently...VERY good. The only issue we had, and it was small, was that the washing machine was either off balance or had a stabilizer broken. It shook REALLY hard on spin cycle. I let the host know so hopefully not a problem for anyone else. Either way, we would definitely stay again. Price was very reasonable.

Was an easy and great experience. 10/10 recommend for anyone else in the future. Beds were great, plenty of bathrooms and a wonderful location.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us all. Everyone wants to do it again!

We had such a great stay here for my best friend’s bachelorette party! Quick & enjoyable walk to the beach and great central location to shops and restaurants. Everything was spotless and super clean. The big comfy couch in the living room was our favorite spot to hang out! Host was great at communicating and I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others!

We had 6 adults & 4 children had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area. Was a 15 min walk to beach. Meet the host on checking in give us some good info on places to go. Property management answered when we called for any questions.

Property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen did not have any dish towels. It also would have been nice to have a glass in the bathroom.

House was very nice. Bedrooms were big and roomy.we brought our owe chairs and wagon, but they have lots of chairs, did use their wagon also (very nice). John (maintenance) got back to us right away. The pool is small, but that’s all we needed with 4 younger kids. The only trouble we had was when we got there we tried to get in the door, but the dead bolt was on, tried to get in garage door only one garage door works with code. Code finally did work. Walk to beach was not that bad, we took golf cart for kids, golf cart drivers were very nice and fast. Close to everything always. 4-8 mins from most stuff. Over all very nice house would recommend.

Fantastic house. Brilliant location. Host was amazing , immediate comms. Sorted out small issue in bathroom within hours. Also gave us a late check out which helped us enormously. Highly recommend

Group of senior ladies there to play in State tennis tournament. I inquired about checking out at 11am instead of 10. Was told that would not work. I knew they had people after us checking in at 4 pm. We were to be at South Beach Tennis at 7:30. There forth, we had to check out and pack up before we played our last match. Stressful and unhappy morning that they could not work w/ us. Also ask about the coffee maker and was given the wrong information. The reality company is not representing the owner in a positive way. Lovely home but we will not be staying there again because of our experience. Too many other places to choose from. My team of 8 ladies usually go to States 2-3 times a year.

Beautiful home in Hilton Head. It was perfect for our family. Bathrooms with every bedroom and downstairs. TVs with Roku throughout the house. A nice game room and a small pool for cooling off. Very comfortable place to stay. A nice walk to the beach or call the shuttle, your choice. The beach was not crowded at all in this location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was pretty much as I expected except for the small pool. Also, We had 8 people for an entire week and we ran out of all paper products. Also, only one dish towel and cloth. It was a very good location and we had a great time.

Golf trip with friends. Worked very well, only complaint was that it was obvious the bathroom floors weren’t cleaned prior to our arrival.
