Step off the back porch to enjoy tennis, basketball, fitness facility, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, and shuffleboard at your doorstep. Just a short stroll away you will find Maravilla's gulf view community pool, along with 2.5 miles of sparkling emerald coast beaches for Maravilla guests only. Guests will receive complimentary beach chair and umbrella set up! (March-October). The property owner Stephanie is close to the property and very attentive to any issues. The property is a great location short walk to the beach, and very close to the pool. Overall the home is comfortable and well maintained.

We love sea joy so much! We’ve been here 5 years in a row for our family vacation and I’m sure we will be back again next year! You just can’t beat the location. It’s so peaceful and quiet located right at the end of the street, and just a short walk out to the beach. The included amenities are the cherry on top for this home, which are 2 pools, a hot tub, pickleball court, tennis court, basketball court, gym, and the complimentary beach chairs!! Can’t wait to visit again next year!!

The house was great for our trip. It is in an ideal location and it is very clean. We had a minor issue at the house and Stephanie was very responsive and helfpul getting it fixed right away. She was always timely in her response and very friendly.

Great family vacation !

This was our 4th time coming back to this beach house and just like the last 3 times we had a wonderful time! We love how close of a walk it is to the beach, and that our pets can tag along with us! Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Perfect location

We love staying in Maravilla, it is the perfect location to walk to our favorite restaurants and the beach service and pools are so convenient! This house was perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. We had our own space and spent time together but also were able to get independent times as well. I would stay here again!

It was perfect!

Stayed here with our daughter and her fiancé. Plenty of room, very clean and short walk to beach. Very nice to have wagon and extra chairs for beach too. Would definitely stay here again!!

Even better than we hoped! The house was clean and beautiful, location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach! When we had a question, host was very quick to respond. We couldn't have had a better time! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Home

Greatly enjoyed the home, neighborhood, and beach location. Home was updated and very clean. We love the location and hope to stay at this home on our next visit. Closer to the beach than the typical homes we rent in the Destin area, which was a plus!

Minutes away from the beach, this house has everything you’re gonna need for an awesome vacation. Clean and comfortable for all ages! Pickleball and tennis right in the backyard. Planning our trip for next year already!!
