This Lake of Ozark Home is located in a highly desired area, minutes from great shopping, restaurants and bars. This family lake home was recently updated and is ready for you to stay in. There are two floors with two separate living rooms and a great breakfast bar over looking the lake! There is a large patio area ready for entertaining. There is a single well 10'x28' dock slip that can be used while staying in the house. This house is located in a great quiet cove so you can enjoy the water!

Great spot!

We came here for the bachelorette party and this place was perfect! It was clean and had plenty of space. The dock and cove were amazing. Would stay here again!

Great Lake weekend getaway

Unforgettable family vacation

Osage beach stay

The property was just as stated! One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at! The location was the best! Quite, no wake, cove with the best people who were next to our rental! We had so much fun partying on the dock, fishing, grilling, relaxing and enjoyed boating around the ozarks! Several lake bars close by as well! The ONLY thing I would recommend to the owners are drapes on the windows in the bedrooms. Even though there are shades, it was definitely extremely light in all the bedrooms and when that sun comes up, so do you! Other than that it was an amazing stay and we will be back!

Quick weekend get away

Cove is super quiet and calm. Awesome if you have a boat to slip. Close to everything you would need for a great time on the lake. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Loto shootout

Was in town for the shootout and had a great time. The house was clean and owners were pretty accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house and can't wait to return.

Delightful place

Only problem we had was there are 72 steps down to the dock area. I'm 75 and my wife is 70. It was a struggle to come back up those 72 steps. I'm not complaining. Just keep in mind what you are up against if you are a little older:-). I did get in some cardio in every day, though! Our grand kids had a terrific time!

Amazing rental!!

This is a great, quiet place to stay. Beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable and close to all the fun spots. Would highly recommend and hoping to book again for next year.

Amazing stay!

The house was SPOTLESS and in the PERFECT location! Close to shops and restaurants. We had 9 adults and the house was the perfect size. The dock was amazing and we loved that it was in a relaxing cove. Check in was effortless and we had everything that we needed! Thanks for a great stay.

Nice clean house, property and great cove! Very attentive hosts, Tina answered any questions we had. Have been vacationing at the lake for over 30 years and this was one of our favorite places.

We had a great time. The only issue we had was the address on the rental agreement was 839 instead of 821. But luckily the cleaning lady was there when we showed up and let us know the correct address number.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location!

Our family had a wonderful time at this home located directly on the lake. The home was renovated in 2019 and it is beautiful. There is access to a private dock and we all enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the private cove. Highly recommend this house for your Ozark vacation!

Adorable and Spotkess

I was very pleased when I pulled up to this adorable house. I was even more pleased when I opened the door and saw how well this house was decorated and how clean it was. I have stayed in many places and this was by far the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Thank you to Tina and John for sharing this little gem with us. It felt like we were at home away from home. Awesome rental & location

Perfect location for a large or extended families! Location was perfect for shopping and food. It was roomy with enough beds for all and updated cute property. Loved the outdoor patio, plenty of seating, grill and fire pit. The dock and private cove was perfect for our young kids to swim and not be nervous about boats passing though. The neighbors were super friendly and kind during our stay. Would highly recommend this property and John & Tina!

Great time at a beautiful property

We loved the property. The inside was clean and remodeled nicely, and the outside had a great view of the cove from the patio including the very nice dock. The location was very close to the three golf courses we played while staying. Can't wait to come back!

Lake home near Osage Beach

This house is newly remodeled. Everything was new and beautiful! Great amenities like a dock, candy and coffee bar. Perfect for our 3 generation getaway.

Perfect Lake House

We had an amazing stay at this house, the location is perfect! Quiet and private but still close to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery. The space easily accommodated 7 adults with upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms. The views from the patio, dock and upstairs bar were gorgeous. John and Tina were gracious hosts! We cannot wait to return again next year! or maybe in the fall! Highly recommend this lovely home!

Great Family Vacation

This was everyone’s first time to Lake of the Ozarks and we all can’t wait to come back. We stayed here with 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 5 to 18 years old and we had plenty of room. The kids took over the basement which had plenty of sleeping as well as their own bathroom. Adults were upstairs and also had their own bathroom. The house was accommodating and clean and the owners were accessible and extremely friendly. We met several of the neighbors who were also very accommodating, friendly and eager to give us tips on where to go. The location is right in the middle of everything as we visited several of the bar/restaurants on the lake and none were further than a 20 minute boat ride. Also within a few minute boat ride were quiet coves and a great spot used for cliff jumping ranging from 10 feet up to 50 feet high. If you need a break from the water you are a 5 minute drive from restaurants, shopping, groceries, and activities. The Bagnell Dam is also a very short drive and we recommend checking out the Dam and all of the fish action you can see from the Dams observation deck. There are a lot of steps down to the lake, which was a blessing in disguise as it help us all burn those extra calories we were consuming. The stairs are in good shape, there is just a lot of them. Also, the waves can be overwhelming on the lake if you are not used to being around large boats and vast areas of open water. Driving can be tricky because if this in the busy parts of the lake. Tey do have no wake times in the main channels on weekends which helps and you can always hunker down in a cove, as they are everywhere, to avoid the waves. Everything about this family trip was amazing and if we ever come back to the Lake this would be the place to do it.
