Spacious and clean

We enjoyed our stay and felt like it was a good value..Had all the amenities you would want or need. The unit had big rooms and very spacious.

LaTerra for the win!

Booked this property for a month for my husband since he was in area for training and my 4yo daughter and I visited for a week. Was very spacious with two rooms both with king beds, two full baths, and well appointed kitchen/living/dinning space. Was very happy with location of pool, which we used every day. Visited the spa on first floor a few times as well, which was amazing. Building was lovely and quiet, and condo was a very nice place to relax each evening. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and buckets…only used buckets since friends had other stuff…but what a great thing to have to make beach going a possibility for out of state travelers! We would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future!

Stay 7/17-7/20

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Only problem was the key. I didn’t quite understand the key box and how to get into it. Did try to get in touch with the owner and they did not get back to me. But I figured it out finally with some help of a resident. Other than that things were good.

Pleasant stay!

The Laterra condo provided a perfect base for us during our recent stay in the World Golf Village. The size of the condo was great for my wife and I and our two adult age sons. The property was very clean and the descriptions listed of the property matched what was actually there. Our trip was to attend a memorial service, and we were allowed a tranquil and peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. The property is very quiet and extremely well maintained. When we return we will look forward to a repeat stay.

Awesome vacation

We stayed at this condo in a well maintained gated community for one month. It was very a comfortable, quiet, & relaxing spot overlooking the pool area. We very much enjoyed the overall experience plus the fabulous weather was a bonus. We highly recommend it!

Please replace your drip coffee machines. Both are broken. No national news channels, only streaming

We enjoyed our stay, overall good experience. Great location. Would book again. Missed out National news/financial TV channels.😩

Very nice vacation

Nice, clean condo well equipped. Great view of the attractive pool area from our balcony. Beautiful, quiet area with lots of neighbors to chat with. Owner Alan was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately we reserved for a month but chose to go home after two and a half weeks due to the nasty corona virus!! Many others did the same! I would highly recommend a future vacation at the World Golf Village, Laterra Condo.

Great place.

The condo was great. The place was neat and clean. Alan was very helpful with any questions we had. Except for a limited cable, really missed the golf channel and HGTV , we would stay there again.
