Beach was walkable. Once we set up, we enjoyed it for hours. Restaurants were great as was the fresh fish market up the road. We will be back. Thank you.

A lovely beach vacation for a couple/small family

The property is very well-maintained, comfortable, modern & extremely convenient. A very beautiful public beach was accessible via a 5min walk. Gorgeous views of Lemon Bay & the Gulf, from the entryway balcony.

Our group loved our stay! We will be back! The condo was clean and had all the amenities as promised. Everything was perfect! Scott was so helpful in giving us great dinner recommendations and checking in with us. The condo was comfortable and a great place to relax in after a fun day at the beach. 5 stars!!

Beach reunion

Spent time with friends from another state! Had a great week. The location was perfect, and the property well maintained. The kitchen had most of the things we needed, including a crock pot!We will be planning another trip.

Quiet getaway

Scott was a great host. The condo was clean and it was located near the beach. The area was quiet yet conveniently located near bars and restaurants. Nice January getaway to chill out and relax.

Great location. Comfortable. Well equipped. Clean!

We rented for a few days in January. The place is comfortable, convenient and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Ryan was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo and Manasota Key in general.

Perfect location and pristine condo

Everything was easy and absolutely no complaints. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Extra touches included ample towels, short walk to beach, beautiful sitting area, chairs and beach towels provided. Parking great and shuttle stop to all restaurants was right on Property. Of course, amazing weather was appreciated ;)

Good accomodations

Nice condo, plenty of space for 3 adults. We had a few mis-steps trying to get in, never got code for key pad from anyone, WIFI password was different than what was on VRBO instructions, eventually it all worked out and our stay was great, seconds from the beach and beautifully remodeled place!

March getaway

Great Condo. Cute beach vibe 😀 Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and beach towels included. Area was quiet and a short walk to Stumps Pass Park and beaches. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Scott was very helpful and available to answer questions.

This was absolutely the best vacation for us. The condo was perfect! We loved the atmosphere of the condo snd decorated perfect! It came equipped with everything you would need from cooking accessories down to beach accessories. The access to the beach was great and easily accessible! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The owner was very friendly and checked on us after we departed! I highly recommend this condo!

Great weather!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very small as was the second bathroom. The furniture on the deck should be improved as well as the mattress (foam). Directions for the TV's would have been helpful. The short distance to the beach was nice.

John it was great to have you stay with us. The kitchen is not huge but it all top shelf Viking Appliances and Quartz counter tops. It is impressive and well stocked but still a standard sized condo kitchen. The second bath is also not huge but both bathrooms are custom tile and marble. I have added more information on the TV as well as changed out deck furniture. Outdoor furniture at the beach is good about a year and then starts to get corrosion or rust the elements are harsh. I appreciate you letting us know. Thanks for staying with us and hope you come back and stay with us again soon. Scott

Englewood Gem

We had a wonderful anniversary celebration here, despite some rainy weather. The unit was clean and contemporary, with everything we needed. Our host Scott was extremely accommodating when we had to make last-minute adjustments to our arrival/departure. Looking forward to going back!

Relax and Unwind

So pleased with out stay. The condo was so clean and decorated was awesome. Short walk to the beach.Neighbors downstairs were nice and helpful. Scott was easy to contact. Rode Stumpys Free ride several times. Our second time at Manasota Key and plan to come back.
