Sure! Here’s a more laid-back, casual version:Loved this place! Great location, the rental was really lovely with cute, tasteful decor, and the beach was amazing. We walked to local restaurants which was super convenient. Communication was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay at the beach house. It was extremely clean and well stocked with things we needed to get started. Be aware that this particular unit has no beach view from the unit and no outdoor seating area. Windows face the roadside. While it was mentioned in the description we definitely felt the afternoon heat within the house. It got up to 78-80 and didn’t cool back down below 75 until after midnight. We made the best of it and we are Floridians so we are accustomed to summer heat but just be aware of that if you plan to rent in the summer. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Parking is extremely tight, we have a Ford Explorer and it was definitely a tight fit. The proximity was great and definitely the highlight. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse with excellent access to the beach

The place was amazing and granted access to a beautiful private section of the beach. Definitely will plan to stay again if we find our way back to Florida and will recommend to others.

Inside was very clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture. The pillows were way too full/hard. Bed was comfortable. Hot water could be a little hotter. We did only have 3 wash cloths for 4 people. There was debris around outside of property that stayed there the whole week. So a little outside maintenance. Otherwise would stay again. And would recommend anyone to stay there.

Great location

Great location a 1 minute walk to the beach which is private. The host is responsive and great to work with. Free shuttle or 10 minute walk to the best restaurants.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

The rental was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and 5-12 minutes walk to several restaurants and convenient store. Great place, but the parking is a bit tight.

Great location! Parking is tight, but doable. Lots of stairs. Furniture is worn but comfortable. Easy walk to the beautiful beach!
