We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was as described, and we really enjoyed the beautiful views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Fun pool. Community tiki was amazing. Shower pressure in main bathroom was fantastic!!! Highly recommend!

Kathleen is an excellent host. She is very responsive and proactive. The property is as described, and every bit as wonderful. Everything you could need is provided, and then some. Family of 6, we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed five days of this little slice of heaven.

We had a wonderful stay - clean and well organized - the pool was a bonus, beach chairs and ping pong table - super easy to communicate with the owner - quick walk to access the beach

Perfect vacation spot!

My husband and I have been visiting his grandparents in the are for over 10 years and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed!

Always a wonderful stay!

We love staying at the beach house. It is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The yard and pool are perfect and the quick walk to the private beach access is amazing. Love, love, love staying here- this was our 4th or 5th time!

Another great stay!

We've been to this property several times and the reason We keep going back is how wonderful it is. Everybody can have privacy if need be and having a pool in the back yard was great for a late afternoon swim. Love how close the beach is too!!! We will keep comong back to this amazing home!

Always a great time!

We have stayed at this location many times and it never disappoints! All of Kate's places are well maintained and have everything you need; this one holds a special spot in our hearts as it is so close to the ocean and has such a great fenced in back yard.

Kathleen was terrific! She accommodated a last minute request to shorten my trip a night and refunded the charge no problem. There were a couple minor things she addressed and she was very understanding when I had trouble figuring out how to operate the spa. Great little enclave.

The house is wonderful, the pool and spa are amazing and the access to the beach is great!! Highly recommend!! We had so much fun, wish we would have rented for another week!

This is the second year staying here for two weeks. This property is amazing has all the amenities and the salt water pool and jacuzzi is great. We will definitely be staying here again next year. Plus easy walk out the backyard to the beach and restaurant. Highly recommend this house.

Family Birthday Getaway

We had an amazing stay at the beach house. We especially loved the pool, spa, and ease of getting to the beach. House was clean and just as pictured in listing. Great location & nice neighborhood! We hope to return again soon!
