This newly renovated (inside and out) Penthouse 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium in the Pelican building at the Indian River Plantation has all the amenities to make your weekly or monthly vacation dreams come true. Grills are located next to the heated swimming pool for your BBQ fun. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, floaters, noodles, and boogie boards are in the unit for your use. A child pack-n-play is available in the room.
There is a 70 inch HD flat screen TV in the living room with two other large flat screen TV`s in the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size Mattress and the second bedroom has a two new Twin beds and Mattresses. There is also Two EZ single automatic inflatable bed as well as an ottoman that turns into a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need to prepare all of your favorite meals.
The front door has a push button locking system (no key required) so you will not have to meet anyone in person for access to the unit.
Publix supermarket is 2 miles away. There are great Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, and Gyms located close by, wonderful Restaurants and Shops located in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area. Assigned under-building parking.

The pictures do not do it justice - this is a very nice, comfortable condo! It has everything you could possibly need; complete kitchen including Keurig or drip coffee, comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, plenty of towels, The view from the balcony is exactly why you rent a beachfront condo! This condo is in an excellent location - on the beach, short drive to anything you could possibly want. Rob was very easy and prompt to communicate with. Only thing to note is there isn’t in unit laundry, but it is on the same floor- clean.

Had an excellent visit! The room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and a big balcony that provided a beautiful view of the beach. Some family came for a surprise visit, so we were even able to take advantage of the inflatable E-Z Beds (which were surprisingly easy to manage). I would gladly recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Beautiful view

This condo is perfect for 4 people. There is plenty of room to cook, relax and sleep. The view is to die for ! I highly recommend.

Great beach condo

Sunrises were spectacular from the balcony! Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean and perfect size for 4 people. The property was well kept and regularly cleaned including the pool, grills, elevator and all common areas. Highly recommend!! Will definitely book again.

Not Our First Stay

This property fits our needs perfectly. We have stayed here before and reserved for next year as well. Owner is great too. Have only good things to say. Very nice place and look forward to our next visit.
