Very comfortable place. Clean, good quality furniture including on the balcony. Lots of beach equipment and towels. Bring all your needs and stay in, great balcony.

The pictures do not do it justice - this is a very nice, comfortable condo! It has everything you could possibly need; complete kitchen including Keurig or drip coffee, comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, plenty of towels, The view from the balcony is exactly why you rent a beachfront condo! This condo is in an excellent location - on the beach, short drive to anything you could possibly want. Rob was very easy and prompt to communicate with. Only thing to note is there isn’t in unit laundry, but it is on the same floor- clean.

Great spot for family getaway

Had a great few days overlooking the beach, sunrises and access to the sunny FL coast. Great apartment with all you need.

Great property. Everything is in excellent condition, property is comfortable, owner communicates well. Literally zero to complain about. I would definitely stay again.

Had an excellent visit! The room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and a big balcony that provided a beautiful view of the beach. Some family came for a surprise visit, so we were even able to take advantage of the inflatable E-Z Beds (which were surprisingly easy to manage). I would gladly recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Quiet and relaxing

Rob’s a great host everything that’s listed is accurate. My Family and I had a great time. We enjoyed the penthouse, quietness, and privacy of the beach.

Beautiful view

This condo is perfect for 4 people. There is plenty of room to cook, relax and sleep. The view is to die for ! I highly recommend.

Not Our First Stay

This property fits our needs perfectly. We have stayed here before and reserved for next year as well. Owner is great too. Have only good things to say. Very nice place and look forward to our next visit.
