To our valued guests!

We are the proud new owners of one of the exclusive 3 bedroom town houses just steps from everything on the base of the hills of the world renowned Panorama Resort.

The town houses in Riverbend are located in lower Panorama Village and offer a magnificent unobstructed view of Toby Creek and the breathtaking Purcell Mountains. A few steps away is the Village Gondola that takes you to the main ski lodge, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, pools, hot tubs and spa. The town house is also just a few steps away from a year-round hot-tub and summer access to the Toby Pool. This is the best location for skiing, golfing, hiking, mountain biking and other seasonal activities.

Top Floor:

Master Bedroom with king with lofted ceiling, walk-in closet and double vanity en-suite full bathroom.

Main Floor:

Bedroom #2 with queen and closet. Bedroom #3 with two twins and large closet. Full bathroom. Open concept living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dining space up to 8 plus counter bar for 4. Living Room has a pull-out sofa.

Spacious, Comfortable, Relaxing and well equipped with stone fireplace, flat screen TVs, free WiFi, patio with BBQ, in-suite laundry, dishwasher, and heated underground parking.

Great location, great views, close to tram.easy access to everything. Lots of stairs to get into condo, once in it’s great but if anyone has mobility issues this may be a problem. Also hauling everything up the stairs is a lot so bring muscle. Air conditioning was two portable units, one in upstairs bedroom and one in living room. Other bedrooms had fans so got a bit warm. Fantastic holiday get away, fun area with lots to do.

Lots of space and everything you need to be comfortable away from home. Steps from the gondola for easy access to all the amenities. Would stay here again!

The host for this rental is non communicative. We tried reaching out before, during and now after our stay, and nothing.We checked out almost a full week ago and are still waiting for our damage deposit to be retuned.We have called, texted, emailed and even reached out to the cleaner of the rental to try to get help.While the cleaner has replied to say she has been in touch with the host, we’ve still heard nothing. Do not book this property

Great Family Stay!

Terrific stay for our family of 5, really appreciated having air conditioning, cable tv (Olympics!) and condiments in the fridge. Books and games were a nice touch though we didn't use them this time. Great proximity to hill ammenities. Thank you!

Booking Process

There was no problem with the accommodation, however, the following occurred with this particular booking. Our original booking at Panorama was cancelled due the sale of the property and although a complete refund was returned; a new booking had to be made. This resulted in limited accommodation choices at higher cost. In addition, this particular rental cost was in US dollars (30% currency exchange) even though the property was obviously in Canada (appears to be a simple "money grab"). Note; any vacation booking incorporates other non-related booking costs as well as personal timing if the trip was cancelled . In short, the consumer has limited recourse with changes initiated by the seller.

We spent a week at the Riverbend townhomes in August. We were very excited about this trip, but unfortunately had a poor experience. We attempted on multiple times to reach out to our host Tyler through email, phone call and text but never received a response. We received vague check in instructions with different codes to use to get into the residence. We encountered issues while at the residence, broken dishwasher and BBQ as well as a lack of supplies. We reached out to Tyler again without success. At the end of the stay, we tried to get in touch again to determine the check out process but did not hear back. Throughout this week, we were in touch with VRBO, requesting assistance in contacting the host, but they were unable to do so as well. This property is in a great location with a wonderful view but due to the lack of customer service, we would not choose to stay here again.

The perfect spot to relax

We recently had a weekend at this beautiful townhome and were not dissapointed in the slightest. I have used earplugs for about 15 years to sleep but I didn't at this home as the sound of the river idling by outside was so relaxing.We go to Pano lots so we hope to stay at this home again. 5 Stars all the way.

This is our second time staying in this property. Lots of space for a family to enjoy all the amenities of Panorama. Everything you need and with a nice view of the mountains.

Always nice to stay at panorama emailed host to let him know fridge freezer not working properly some food thawed out and had to be thrown out and barbque worked once I figured it out but the knobs just spin no real shut off other than the main gas needs a little TLC with a few things over all ok just thought I would let him know or it doesn’t get resolved thank you.

Would go again

Was nice and big, giving space to not be on top of each other all the time. Lot's of tv's making it a non issue who has the remote. Beautiful view from the balcony and close to everything! Also had everything available like laundry pods, dishwasher pods, condiments, spices, salt & pepper, even popcorn, ice and plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex boxes. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Overall a great stay for our group of 6 and would stay here again. Pros: -Proximity to the gondola. -The kitchen is stocked with tons of cookware, utensils, condiments etc. -Spacious for our group of 6. -Access to the resort amenities (hot tubs/pools etc) -Underground parking. Cons: -Expedia advertised this in Canadian dollars, but once booking you are charged in USD. This caused the booking to be more than the advertised price once my credit card added conversion fees. I thought this was odd since the property and owner are both in Canada. -Check in is 5pm/ Check out 10am. These times feel more restrictive than the typical rental - especially the check in at 5 pm given lifts close by 4pm.

Family ski holiday

Unit was exactly as represented by the photos. Had enough space to sit comfortably around the dining room table and living room area. Heated floors in kitchen and bathrooms were amazing after a cold ski day. Easy access to the lifts. Nice to have one vehicle park in the underground garage.

Spacious & Steps From The Gondola

Very Cozy & spacious. Very clean. Steps away from the Gondola to take you to the upper village. Had access to the private Riverbend hot tubs. The only unfortunate thing was the fireplace wasn’t working. The upstairs King bed was a little too soft for our liking. The Queen on the main floor is firm mattress.
